The thing is you can do Heat transfer with screen printing. Almost all sport brands use it because it’s the cheapest way to get it

Hi, it’s definitely something I would recommend, just make sure to get the press settings correct in terms of the temperature used pressure used and the duration of the press - This is usually something that the manufacture of the heat press label would be able to assist you with And will depend on the specific fabric used.

Heat transfer you need a printer, heat press, vinyl cutter and vinyl.
Screen printing you need a $10 frame and paint. WTF are you talking about 🥲
