As a female training in a small town gym, I'm one of the only girls who trains and sometimes it can be soo hard to do so, but every now and then I see a video of Ffion rolling at seminars or at her home gym Essentials with not only women but men, and holding her own is so awesome and inspiring to see I'm going to one of her seminars here in June and I honestly can't wait for it!!
Yes!!! This has been a big hurdle for me too. watching you and doing it despite the fear, the more i show up the more i start to believe in myself too. I got great feedback from my coach today and im feeling really grateful. Ffion you fr help so many people you don’t even know😭
I admire guys who are able to train with a pretty, young, trained, fit woman wearing short shorts with completely bare legs. Especially contact sports, especially combat sports. I would probably faint or have a heart attack.
Shes a good instructor. Shes not arrogant or trying to impress anyone just confident in herself and professional.
