Well done Mum. I am the same age as your mum( and a judo player). BJJ is far nicer to the body than judo. I feel the shelf life is far longer. Well done Ffion it is great to see something for older women,rather than just old guys.
Ps. I was suppose to attend your seminar,but got injured week before. Sad to have missed you.

I'd love to be at the dinner table with you two. Very entertaining. Ffion, do you turn the angle when doing an arm bar from bottom by using the foot that ISN'T on your partner's hip? I've seen it taught that pushing on the hip is the way to turn the angle. Obviously, I'd like to do my arm bar like a world champ so...what say you?
