When you passed those scooters on the way out of the building it made me wonder if one of those could be made into a sleeper build lol. Just like a suped up scooter with the guts of a powerful bike hidden inside. This channel is changing how I look at things XD
I only know mtb/emtb stuff but I know people are always highly praising EXT as the best coil shocks they've had. As much as I'd love a moto (maybe one day), I'm trying to get my first emtb and DJI has my attention with their new incoming motor, I can't wait to see it tuned 🤘
Loved the whole video, but my favorite part was how giddy you got putting the new pegs on... the black and gold looks F'n sick Vince. What a cool looking bike!
I noticed the same thing with the stripped bolts! Ended up getting all new titanium hardware anyways ha. Wheels on the way, ebmx installed and arma mx shock ferro fork next
5:35 Might want to have a buddy sit on it and adjust the chain or it is going to get really tight and stretch once you get on it. Also did you lube the chain? >.> 8:20 I hope you packed those bearings before installing those triples. 10:50 Don't need to grease the axle, that is what the bearings are for in the wheel hub. Also with the Disc and Sprocket Bolts. They most likely had loc-tite on from factory. If your following the same rules as you would with a motorcycle, the brake disc and sprocket bolts should have blue loc-tite put on them. Even with blue loc-tite you most likely have to heat them up. Using that red loc-tite, your going to have fun removing the bolts on some of that stuff.
Blue loctite doesn’t exist locally, I’m using Taiwan-tite and its not so hard to break them loose after. The bolts on the bike were over torqued 100%, very ez to tell. Think I will order some from the Us though. Thanx for the tips…
From the sound they were making as he was trying to loosen them it sounded like they were not just over tightened but had to also be very stretched. That squealing sound specifically is most likely the treads rubbing like they shouldn't from stretching. They do the same thing when you over tighten the caps on a camshaft haha.
What up Vince, have you considered a thumb master cylinder for the rear brake? Mad respect for the control of your right wrist, but the thumb brake makes balancing on one wheel much easier, the less wheelie button.
Question: could electric motors be faster or more powerful in one direction than the other? The way you switched it with software makes me think it must be equal both directions. But I still kinda wonder.
@@AllAboutKingpinI have a full size Rwarr Mantis,& luckily in Reno they don't care about us riding them, as long as we kinda stick to class 3 rules, & stay in bike lanes or the street. The Mantis comes with a M.O.T & Vin #, & is 1 of the reasons I chose this over others, in case the law starts cracking down, I'll just go legit, so I'm not forced to sell, or it gets impounded. It also comes with mostly real dirtbike components, or custom ones that are more heavy duty than most other ebikes. It was between this or the Ultra Bee,& I'm definitely happy with my choice after riding both
Why are u always use the Saw for Cutting pipes? At 4:48 we can clearly see a pipe Cutter. Wouldnt be this easier? I would grab the Pipe Cutter instead of the saw.
I wish :) Very hard to cut through these bars with them. The tool wanders during cutting a bit too. That tool is more suited for bit more thinner pipe.

Grease that axle baby.. 😉
Love your work and enthusiasm, Just buy a stark varg save yourself the hassle of all this work as it’s ready to go with too much power out of the box.

So sick
put a pipe on the alan key to make more strong to take the bolts its nice that you even say waht tork you use

Can you show all of your settings for the ERP. Modes/Power and your throttle settings. Would love to match mine
Think in the next vid about that bike can do some more detail fine tuning with it, sure.

I’m going to check it out, thnx!
The question is............. How long until we see Kingpin ebike parts?
I keep thinking about the same thing! But I was also thinking kingpin ebikes period, or conversion kits.
Still doing market study with all these different bikes. This is def. possible though. Looking at frame design first.
What kind of Tire are you running in the back? Thank you! Nice Video! Enjoy your Bike!!!! : ) It's BAD A$$$$$$!!!!
90/100-16 Battlecross
This might be a dumb question, but how does changing the wheel/tire make it so you have to reverse the direction of the motor controller output?
It was after I installed the controller it was in reverse, not the wheels. I,ve see it before when installing new controller.
So are you going to keep that spring or have them send you the correct part?
I just got the new spring in, but not changing it for now. Seems good.
Hey Vince, all the other manufacturers released their Z890 boards.
What about EVGA??

Good question! I think maybe both ways can do same speed but not 100% sure.
Need the new E-ride pro SR review please
i hope my parley hits tonight so i atleast have a down payment for one lmao
How do you know how much to torque each bolt? Is there a chart of bolt size to NM, or does it vary per bolt location/application?
There is a surron chart I use for reference. Not too hard to find online, in fact I’ll link it in description.
@$$holes with airguns are bad news. The m50 is headed to the shop because of a careless tyre tech... fml.
