Thank you for your time. This is easy to follow. You're background is simple and I even chuckled when you struggled to push your hook through the yarn. I thought, "she's just like us". I made a set to wear when im in my wheelchair. Thank you.😊
@@CrochetJewel sorry I just now saw your comment. Yes, your tension is tight but so is mine..lol..I have to constantly remind myself to loosen up especially when projects require a lot of slip stitches. I love these gloves so Im starting off the New Year by making some of these for other wheelchair bound residents. I've received compliments from staff and other residents and visitors but I always give you the credit because there just seems to be something special about you.. They keep my hands warm yet also provide support. I just watched the tutorial again for a refresher. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year.❤😊

I made 2 pairs of these, love them and plan on making at least 3 more. I agree very clear instructions so easy to follow. Thank you so much. God bless !
Thank you for the tutorial, these are going to make a great going-away gift for a coworker who always gets cold hands. I had them whipped up in less than two hours!
Thank you for posting this video and pattern. I loved the spiraling hdc technique. I've never seen that and like it. I made them this pm. They'll be perfect for driving. I hadn't found a pattern for these that I've liked as well for years.
Thank you for a great tutorial! I started trying to follow a different one but had to give up as it was too hard for me. I found a few more, but the thread was too dark to see on some of them. I combined the beginning of one with the main part of yours! I have one done and yours was much easier. (I did go through both loops for the first and last stitch of each ribbing row for the cuff, and only the back loop for the middle ones.). Thanks so much! I'm going to make a second pair. Subscribed.
I really love this pattern, it is really quick and easy to follow! It was one of the first videos I watched when I had just learned how to crochet and it really helped! thanks!
Just made one and it looks awesome.. Thankyou so much.... I had literally lost hope in crotcheting years ago but when I saw this video I had to try it...And I'm thankful I did. Thank you so much... Now to the other glove 💞
Great tutorial. Made a pair for my daughter. Hope she likes them. I didn't get her hand measurements cause I wanted to be a surprise. Just one thing I hope you don't mind. At the end would of like to see your finished project completely. Will make more. Thanks
Tutorial was very easy to follow. Voice was clear and quite pleasant. Speed of tutorial was excellent. Look forward to making my own fingerless gloves😊
Thanks sooo much. I've tried every video but failed. This one is so easy to understand. I was even able to make and give a pair of gloves to my dad as a birthday gift. So thank you so much crochet jewel😁😁
Just found this video...thanks!! Our group needed to have a pattern so we can make these for the homeless in our area (Sooke, BC Canada). These will be great for the colder days! Fantastic!!
I realized that my half double crochet was done wrongly but I love the pattern. It doesn't matter to me. I did the same but the pull through was different. There was 3 loops at first, Ipulled through the first loop, leaving 3 loops. Then I pull through all 3 loops at once. (Blue gloves) When I make my other pair of pink gloves, I will definitely do it correctly.
After i joined the ribbing together and then did the row of single crochet i got 38 stitches compared to your 25. After adding the thumb row i tried it on again and it was too big. I suspect because i did the row of increases the same way as the tutorial. Would you suggest doing the increase every 5 stitches instead or something else. ... or should i do more decreases? Good looking gloves though
Do you have a pattern showing how to do this in two colors? I'd like to do the cuff in one color and then the glove in another. This is the best channel I've found so far as a beginner, thanks!
lol im a 12 year old and I channed 15 and did the single stitch 30 times. XD im one of the skinniest kids in my school yet my wrist is bigger than this woman's! XD
I'm a beginer and I keep messing up on the hand part, it fits way too big. I don't know what I keep doing wrong. Is it 25 all the way around each time? Can I do less to see if that would fit better? I have got to the 3row and tried one on and it seems too big already around the hand part and I'm not even to the increasing part, yet.
Make 2, They are both the same, No Left or Right. Row 1: Chain 9, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook and each chain across, Turn. Rows 2-24: sc in each backloop aorund, sl st Repeat for 24 rows or until it fits about 1 inch above your wrist. Take the two sides together, then Sl st up the side to join the cuff together. Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in each stitch around, sc around about 25 sc or until it goes all around, sl st in the sc Rnd 2: Ch 2, hdc in each stitch around, sl st on ch 2 Rnds 3-4: Work in continual rounds, no ch 2, use a marker to keep track of the round, hdc in each hdc around, Rnd 5: *hdc in the next three hdc, 2 hdc in the next hdc, *Repeat around Rnds 6-7: *hdc in each hdc around, *Repeat around twice Rnd 8: chain 6, skip 6 hdc, (hdc in the next 3 hdc, 2hdctog decrease, *Repeat around Rnd 9: work 6 hdc in the chain 6 space, hdc in each hdc around Rnds 10-12: *hdc in each hdc around, *Repeat for 3 rounds, The last round, sl st, ch 1 to fasten off, Weave in the ends.
"worsted weight yarn" refers to medium-weight yarn , usually its about 4, if you read on the yarn will give it a number, like a 4 or 3, higher with thicker yarn and lower with thinner yarn
Thank you for your time. This is easy to follow. You're background is simple and I even chuckled when you struggled to push your hook through the yarn. I thought, "she's just like us". I made a set to wear when im in my wheelchair. Thank you.😊
Glad you like the tutorial, I have that issue with the sttiches all the time, I think I use too much tension.

Crochet Wristlet
How much yarn did you use for both gloves in total roughly?
Half skein to full skein
Crochet Jewel How much was in a skein though. Because skeins are measured differently. Thank you.
Will one skein be enough for both gloves?
mskaityw yes.
I followed everything I believe but my glove is like big?? it's really wide. what did i do wrong?
Make some decrease stitches to make it smaller
Hello 👋🏻 how much yarn do you need for this? 🧶
at least a skein of yarn
Crochet Jewel thank you! ☺️
Mine looks wider than yours The bottom part this is my first time making this I am also left handed do I need to start over
If it doesn’t fit then I would make it smaller
So what you are saying is start over
Thanks for the help I am a beginner although I do know something s
Is it fine if I use cashmere yarns??
I think it should work, but Im not that familiar with that type of yarn
Crochet Jewel okay! Thanks!
Can you add a flap ?
Im sure you can, I dont have the pattern for that.
Hi, what number of hook did you use? Thank you
h, which is a 5
Crochet Jewel thank you
I'm a beginer and I keep messing up on the hand part, it fits way too big. I don't know what I keep doing wrong. Is it 25 all the way around each time? Can I do less to see if that would fit better? I have got to the 3row and tried one on and it seems too big already around the hand part and I'm not even to the increasing part, yet.
Yes I’d try less or smaller hook
I finally finished, I had to modify the pattern quite a bit to fit my hand. My hands are much smaller, I guess.
I want write the steps please help or send it to me because i make mistake of it and i dont know the realy steps please write it or send it to me

"worsted weight yarn" refers to medium-weight yarn , usually its about 4, if you read on the yarn will give it a number, like a 4 or 3, higher with thicker yarn and lower with thinner yarn
