He was HS All-American, and the Dynamic 2nd best in the former name skyline Conference (Denver Univ.). Racial adversity (mistaken name of the military draft) derailed his opportunity to draft for the LA Rams..Town Aliquippa trailblazer for Joe Namath, Mike Ditka, Tony Dorsett, Tylaw, Sean Gilbert, Tommie Campbell, and his great nephew, Darrelle Revis of the NE Patriots, to name a few..He will soon be featured with Aliquippa Legends in a book written by a Sports Illustrated writer. See his 1955 Footage with Denver Univ. and album. The album also features his brother, Dr. James Frank, Former NCAA President/SWAC Commissioner and Darrelle Revis, ssssshhh. He doesn't know I have this clip to surprise him later..Hoping I can get him national recognition.
