Thank you for this tutorial. I have embroidered initials and names with yarn on blankets, etc before, but I did not know about the water disolving paper!! I was always guessing, counting stitches, pulling yarn out to correct, pulling my hair out. Lol. Much easier this way. Thank you, again!
@@pattisnapsforbeans8212 it truly makes it SO much easier!! It also personally helps me because I’m not super confident in my handwriting. I’m glad you found it helpful!🥰
@@ritajabbour4276 as is! I’ve never had any issues with my daughter wearing the sweaters with the knotting inside - backing on sweaters id be worried about the stabilizer showing through or properly adhering!😅
I am just starting out, but when I wash the printed stabilizer out the ink stains either my light colored knit item or my light colored yarn! Any suggestions?? I did stockings, and it bled onto the stocking, now I’m doing sweaters and it’s bleeding onto the yarn! Help please!!!
@@Random-Fizz make sure to wash with mild dish soap & scrub under the stitches to remove all the stabilizer! Ink bleeding happens when some stabilizer wasn’t washed off!🤍
@@Random-Fizz hmm! I personally have never had any bleeding washing 3-5 minutes with dish soap. Did you design your pattern yourself? All my patterns in my shop are designed in grayscale. If you print straight black that could also be a reason!

This is a wonderful tutorial. Thank you. Do you use a certain font? Any special washing instructions?
I personally wash my daughters like normal in the laundry and they’ve held up well over time!🤍 you may select a gentle setting
What font did you use for the name?
where can I get this preprinted stabilizer paper?
Hi Samantha! Do you just leave the back as it is or cover it with something? 😊

What weight of yarn did you use on the olive sweater?

Hi very beautiful patterns.can u write which pattern paper is called & in which store it is available.
Can you use a sweat shirt or is that too tight of a weave???
@@geedog444 I prefer to use embroidery thread or a light weight yarn when stitching on sweatshirts but it’s definitely doable!💛
