How to make your own amazing RUST EFFECT PAINT ! SUPPLIES LIST:
- Sponge & brushes
- Resin bust (or any item you wish to make this rustic aged look)
- Acrylic colors: Ivory Black, Cadmium Yellow Deep Hue, Burnt Sienna, Burnt Umber, Sky blue

This is very easy to do, watch full video to understand the different steps, use the sponge almost dry. work fast to blend colors together. Acrylics colors dry very fast !
In this case I make this rust patina in a bust sculpture in resin ! I purchase it for 15 dollars only and I have use only 5 acrylics colors with a brush and a sponge ! Cost of the paint only 2 dollars.
So change the aspect of any normal object to a OUTSTANDING luxury and antic collection object to decorate your home in a unique way and taste.

What do you mean when you say RESIN are saying plastic, fiberglass or plaster como decimos en español Yeso. Love the process.
Este busto no es de Yeso, es resina, una mezcla de plástico ! Al final del vídeo se ven dos Bustos, pues el mayor también le puse la pátina, con otros tonos más oscuros, y en este caso si es de yeso el busto. Esta pátina funciona sobre cualquier material

Caram ¡¡¡ Aquest treball no l´havia vist pas. Esta molt be, hem recorda una imatge de Buda, es l´unic record fisic que tinc de la meva iaia. La patina es molt encertada. Per cert, el video on estas passejant per les illes Canarias, en mig dels camps de lava, dius que et serveixen d`inspiració. Potser huries de mirar imatges del planeta Mart fetes per els rovers, en curiosity i l´altre, de les esquerdes de les roques en primer plá, dels colors i textures. Salut.
