Lions fan here. You got a culture changer head coach. Great hire and us lions fans will be rooting for you guys to succeed. This is the job he has wanted just like Dan Campbell wanted the lions job. He is alot like dan which should make you guys happy. Expect a staff of names you recognize and some former players and some former jets players.

Absolutely love the positivity. Its so hard not to be pessimistic overall (you get it) but also because these were almost exactly the same comments we got from 49ers fans about Robert Salleh after that hire. I do think Glenn's attitude and demeanor is better suited to be a HC though. Lets hope its all uphill for both our franchises the next decade. We deserve it.

That 1998 AFC Championship game line by Glenn hit me in the feels. I'll be damned if I didn't come here to get that back" Glenn hasn't let it go

This was the exact opposite of the Gase introductory press conference

He’s a real opportunity for success with this team! Mougey was the refined quiet GM and Glen was the coach with motivation great duo

That’s clearly the plan. Glenn is obviously the face of this team and the leader out in front who gets the final say and Mougey is Glenn’s smart, stoic, quiet analytical, young GM who Glenn trusts to tactfully build his team. Which is a reverse from the last regime where Douglas was clearly the man and Saleh was just the coach.

I pray AG and this gang is the true because we are way overdue for winning and having a QB of the future wouldn’t hurt

Saleh was all talk. He wasn’t actually about it. AG is about it

Hearing AG you can tell everything he says isn’t bs, he just feels so real. Hopefully him & the GM can finally draft the franchise QB man.

If we’re going to give Saleh and crew shit for their repeated slogans I’m going to have to call out “too far in front of your skis,” haha. All in fun just giving you shit. I think we should get off the talking down of previous regime. It didn’t work out but they both seemed like great intelligent guys. And I’m sick of the trashing of Douglas and then following up with “well we do have a talented roster.” Yes I understand the flaws but we aren’t ever going to get a perfect GM. Like you both said, let’s hope they can keep Woody out of the way as much as possible. Nice show guys

Saleh also wanted to be here

The thing I like about Glenn is you can tell he knows when someone or something is real or not. He can smell through the bs.

The Bills have NEVER won and while the Jets have been bad for 14 straight years we still would beat them sometimes, it’s not like theyve been dominating us for a decade with a bunch of trophies. The Chiefs remind me so much of the Patriots, and I have never liked seeing the same team in the superbowl all the time, almost my entire life has been dominated by the Patriots and for the last 7 years the Chiefs. So that’s why I would root for the Bills against them. The Bills have literally never won… maybe if they win or we had any competitive important games with them for the last 20 years I would hate them more but I just don’t, no where near the Patriots.

You are all drinking the Kool-Aid. Hope I am wrong but t have seen this story before as a Jets fan for over 45 years. We needed an HC with experience.
