I’m so glad I came across your video. I’m a Canadian who was born in al-Ahmadi in Kuwait as my father and mother were there while dad worked for koc (Kuwait oil company). I lived in Kuwait for the first 12 years of my life and was schooled at the Anglo American school in Al-Ahmadi and then was sent to boarding school in England and would return home to Kuwait 3 times a year after each school semester till I was 18 and my dad retired and he and mom returned to Canada. I finally got the opportunity to visit my beloved and beautiful Kuwait in 2014 and I couldn’t stop crying as we were approached Kuwait international airport, and yes even through customs and passport control and when the officer realized why I was crying the true Kuwaiti heart got up and leaned over the counter shaking my hand and yes I speak the Kuwaiti dialect of Arabic and said to me “welcome back to your beloved home “. I have always and always will love Kuwait 🇰🇼 and it’s wonderful kind and hospitable people. God keep you blessed and safe.
