Thanks for sharing about this subject. Thanks to all the police officers working hard to make our streets safer for law abiding citizens. I am doing a essay paper on this subject and am encouraged to hear about the programs to help with the stresses. Thank You!!
Such an idiotic comment, do you realize these officers see the worst of the worst on daily basis, where you or I only see the too graphic to show actions of humanity.
@@legalfictionnaturalfact3969 That's precisely right. You can hide behind your keyboard all you want, but until you've stepped in the shoes of one who's taken the oath seriously, then you have no basis for your ignorant commentary.
I realize this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I pray for these men and women each and every day. They put their lives on the line so we can sit in the comfort of our homes and practice the Constitutional rights protected by them. If you haven't had to walk in their shoes, then you should all just shut the hell up. You do NOT have any clue what it entails to do their jobs. You don't know what it's like to question whether or not you will be going home to your family at the end of your shift.
@@legalfictionnaturalfact3969 Damned right my family is special. So is yours. And everyone else's, but they're not out there having someone calculating their every move, waiting for the moment to kill them. But go on, keyboard warrior, and spout your vitriole like you don't live in your momma's basement.
Take away their guns is one solution. Have them lock them back up at the police station. They are just HS graduates for the most part...undisciplined for the most part too.
David Mcbeth actually a majority of Police officers have degrees. Most large departments pay for their officers to attend college. Most new officers come on the job with a degree in criminal justice. Some departments only take applicants with a degree. So...
Cope with the stress. How about taking their weapon so that they can't harm themselves. Just like the people who are not cops. Take away their weapon. They choose to end their own lives because of corruption. Once a cop is found out that he/she is on a suicide watch or stressed they need to drop them from being a cop.

what about EMTs an paramedics??
Very valid.
they have obviously done some thing very bad and their guilt just over takes them
+ozinusa Or perhaps they've just seen the worst in humanity day after day after day and wonder what they're doing it for.

Excuse me Who are you?
I feel if you’re a cop and you’ve done wrong then turn yourself in
what does that have to do with a officer dying of suicide

Taking their weapons can't save them. There are multiple ways to kill themselves, the theme is not about their weapons.
Guns are dangerous-they kill
Could it be that they are being forced to comment suicide, with the mind control weapon in low frequency weapons. I mean no disrespect.
Ah anonymous youtube comments never cease to amaze. LOL. A glimpse into societie's cesspool.
You're right, "law enforcement" is societie's cesspool.
