I'm a hospitalist, not an emed or ICU doc, so I won't know the best resources for those specific fields. However, for hospital medicine, I would recommend the Clinical Problem Solvers website which hosts podcasts; they also run a daily virtual morning report via zoom. Frameworks for Internal Medicine by Mansoor is a great reference, as is the Rational Clinical Exam series (available either as individual review articles published in JAMA, or as a bound copy available from online bookstores).
Really appreciate the case based approach. The content ‘sticks’ so much better.
