Collectors, note: Fix Those Splitting Sega Genesis Cases

Sometimes you'll come across Sega Genesis / Mega Drive cases where the plastic lining separated from the case. In this video, I show you how to re-attach it.

Ha! Nice trick! I remember this exact problem with the Megadrive game cases! Back in the day, I didn't really care (well, a little), but I just handled my games with a bit more care... Thanks!

I acquire pretty much all my games used so I have seen a lot of problems with these cases. They hold up to a lot of abuse ha ha more than a cardboard box. I've seen replacement cases being sold, but this is an alternative to spending money on replacements if you have the equipment and don't super care about aesthetics. I know, it's a very niche category of person. I do wonder why someone thumbs down the vid now that I noticed it. It's not like me ruining this case diminishes the world's stock of millions of these things.
