Well, I’ve bolstered up my confidence crochetting coasters, a lopsided back loop hat, a learning shawl, and a baby hat using around the post and back loop stitches. I might try this one again any minute.

I just made Toddler and Child/Adult sizes. Thank you for doing the video to go along with the written pattern. Love these Beanies - made them to give to our local Children’s hospital. I will definitely be making more.

I just finished making this for my brother-in-law's birthday. I used Lion Brand Homeland in Glacier Bay. The stitch definition isn't as good as it could be, but it's very soft and squishy. It turned out beautifully! Your instructions are very easy to follow and the video is very clear. Thank you so much!

Not sure what you mean by "The stitch definition isn't as good as it could be" But I'm glad you like the pattern and that the video was easy to follow. I hope your brother in law loves it.

@@Meladora1 Oh, sorry! I just meant that the yarn I used didn't show the definition as well as the one you used. He did love it!

@@vcadams19 Oh! Now I understand. Sorry to hear that. I hope you'll try this stitch again with another color or ply yarn and it will turn out better. Best wishes!

If you wanted to you could, you'd just have to start it differently, but the Jagged stitch portion would be the same 😀

@@Meladora1 I’m sure it’s my error with the jagged rows, i ordered a different yarn to see the stitches better. My jagged rows are sort of lumpy looking. And my hat is flat. I can hardly wait for my yarn to get here to try again.
