Hi there Kenny, tks for acknowledging my dedication. Actually, can I say I'm enjoying the challenges and also resolving the various problems encountered. Projects like this bring out the best in me and also reward me when I overcome hardships. As for recognition thats overwhelming by both villagers and many people following this series. I really appreciate your interest in my project.
The Trenches for the drains need to be dug prior to the drain pipe being laid on the ground. That's called common sense stop being so nice to the laborers and make them do what is expected of them.
Its common practise at many villages to keep water pipes exposed. I did leave instructions to bury the pipes however when I came back to inspect the work a number of the pipes were on the surface. Work quality is something which I'm keen to improve so I have now ensured all pipes are dug into the ground well. The workers I employ work very hard and never question me when I right their wrongs. If they stuff up any work I make them rectify the problem at no cost to me (except paying for the additional hardware). Tks for yr comment and watching the vid.
@@keithdamant-liveyourdreams570 yes, i also feel the workers are doing a so-so job in the stations, you are paying them well but the work quality has been decreasing since the stations were built
I do expect a good job to be done by my workers however we all need to realise where this work is gettimg done. Standards are very different in remote villages so we cant expect excellence especially when labour is discounted compared to the western world I do wish to point out that when work is not upto my stardard it is redone promptly (and not at my expense, except for materials). I suppose I could engage a company for better laboir however the costs would blow out substantially. Thanks for your feedback ggnetprint
