fun (?) fact: in Sweden we often end the PS with DS (densamme) rougly "the same". It's not needed, and who else would write the PS if not the author of the rest of the text? but we do it anyway because tradition.
I've seen so much success with Flow Frames when prior to adding it to the hive, you paint melted wax onto the frames. Bees don't understand plastic. So the more you can coat them, the faster they will take to them.
Great video. From other video’s I have watched from people that have flow hives they say it takes a very very strong hive for it to work good. I have never saw anyone wax there frames but it may just work. Thanks
Here in the states PS stands for Post Script so after thoughts professional or personal notes were added after PS so you didn’t have to rewrite or retype the letter.
Suzi quatro was such a fox. Bush Bee Man, I noticed that the flow frames were in the uncapped position, I think you need to use the key to move them into a formed hexagon. As seen at 5:29 in the video.
Maybe it is the angle because I didn't think the end cap to cover the key port would fit if it was in the "extract" position. Not to mention that they aren't flush. The bees have to build part of the walls, not just close the joints and cap.
PS stands for Post Scriptum (or PostScript) and was meant as "afterthought". This allowed you to add more text to your already written and signed letter but were forgotten to add, but you didn't want to re-write the whole letter. With computers (and E-Mail) being a thing now, and letters easily edited and reprinted, it's meaning and use is going out of fashion.
Mark, I reckon that shrub with the pink flowers you called salvia might actually be a 'gaura' [butterfly bush]? Bit hard to tell. Kez will know, she's got better eyes than me!
You should try spraying a couple of the plastics with sugar water too BBM. I love my frame holder as well :). Wow those chicks in the Flow hive are all fans of Suzi Q LOL they were hot as !!!
You will be disappointed as the Flow super is added at the wrong time of the season and your hive population is definitely not up for it. I've just taken off my Flow super in Melbourne surburbia and feeding back their left over nectars then winter preparation in the next 2 months. You should pack away the Flow super now and put back in mid September next season for a better result.
no, p.s. stands for post script, originating from post scriptum, which means after the main letter

Love the videos, keep them coming.
P.S. it stands for Post Script, indicating an afterthought at the end of the main body of text.
So, did you ever get any honey out of it? We need a follow up!
The flowers are beautiful
The video is great. I enjoy hearing the bees bumping the microphone. The sound is great.
P.S. means post script, script after the main body of the script/letter.
Love ya work mate. 👌🍻
Cheers!
Hi Mark and John, any update on how your flow hive got on?
Great video. From other video’s I have watched from people that have flow hives they say it takes a very very strong hive for it to work good. I have never saw anyone wax there frames but it may just work. Thanks
Any update on this?
How sucessful was the test adding melted wax?
I can’t find a follow up video to see if coating the flow frames with wax makes a difference. What did you find?

I'ld be jolly excited if I were The Bush Bee Man's assistent!!!
I gotta admit, I really want one of those hives. Bee keeping has always been way too intimidating to me, and that makes it look fairly accessible.
Just enjoy your advise and suggestions
Newbie here!
Great clip and good laugh
What was the name of the Bush just before you got into the flow ?
Salvia I think
Suzi quatro was such a fox.

I thought the rod had been painted Red last video ?????
Roof I mean sorry

Post script means, in addition to previous information.
My kitten sat in front of my hive and st@rted to paw the bees coming and going thought that was fun she don't do that any more I wonder way lol

Don't feel bad, I had two springs stuck together too. LOL
Did I spy a old singer treadle sowing machine when you were rolling the wax.
Wintering bees in Siberia in - 50 Celsius. Regards your subscriber.
P.S. i didn't know i was supposed to be writing a note at the end of texts. I'll have to remedy that right away.
Informally I stick with "Cheers", formally it's the same old "Regards/best wishes".
Plant some Heather and you will get a great tasting honey 🍯
Not sure Heather would survive where he lives. Semi-arid country that gets very dry for extended periods
"PS" = Post Script. I still use it.

I’d make a spare key if I had it , then forget where I put it when I forget where I put the first key , I hope yours is turned up ... ps pun intended
PS...............English term from the 18th century. 'Post Script' (After writing)
PS: post scriptum 🐝
