I did the original Harley costume this year but only with the bodysuit and makeup! next year i'll definitely have all of this! Coming from a true Harley fan ♡
Try to take your collar inside out and make little cuts on all the curves really near of your stitches. If it doesn't work, it's maybe you have to redraw your pattern and make your curve a lot bigger AND if it doesn't work either, it's probably because your fabric is too thick for this kind of project.

What fabric and stitch did you use? My fabric is very stretchy and I used a zig zag stitch but everytime I move it outside-in it looks frumpy :(
followed the tutorial cause it was so cute but mine ended up ruffling along the entirety of it! i have no idea how you were able to keep yours down
