Hi. If the string has gotten pushed in we suggest that you straighten out a paperclip and then put a small bend in the very end. You can then feed this in through the hole in the back of the neck and use it to fish out the string.

Basics normally ship by Priority Mail International and typically take about 2 weeks for delivery. Upgrade ship by Express Mail International and are typically delivered in about a week. Hi. The Little Jeff Dummy With DVD is very nice for what it is. It has a hard hollow body and moving eyes. However it is important to keep in mind that this dummy does have many differences when compared to our upgraded dummies. The control stick is plastic, the eyes are not self centering, it does not have the added wig that you would find on our Deluxe and Super Deluxe Upgrades and the mechanics are not as smooth and quite as on the upgraded models.
We would strongly suggest that you take it with you to the store even if you have to just wrap it up and put it in a bag. That way you can try the clothing on. We can't give you a specific size, especially since the real size of the clothing can vary from piece to piece even if they are marked the same. Keep in mind that the shirt will need to have long sleeves.
The Upgrade Certificates are great if you want to give a gift to someone else. If you already have a dummy you really don't need to get the certificate. Just contact us directly for current info. It will be a little less expensive than getting the Certificate!

Over 100 of our dummies went up to be used in the filming of Dead Silence along with some of our marionettes. That wall is full of our Standard and Deluxe figures that were slightly modified so that they wouldn't all look the same.

@bjcarterz1793 The upgrades are designed for a right handed person to operate the mouth trigger with their index finer. If you wanted one that would be set up for you to use your thumb and if you are right handed, then you would order a left handed version. (Special order.) Most people find it easiest to use their index finger so that it how they are designed.

If you are just looking for a band to hold the control stick to the base inside the hard hollow body you can probably find a hair band at a drug store, Walmart, etc, that will work well for you.

I remember getting Slappy a few years ago, I sadly lost interest after a while. But I think I'm probably going to get another this time have it be better
The Large Jester, Large Witch and Large Warlock have moving eyes. The Large Jester and Large Warlock have mouths that move and the Large Jester can have his tongue stick out.

No you don't! You can just go to the site and order a Super Deluxe Mortimer. (If you had a Basic we could upgrade it for you, but it is faster to just get one that is already complete.)
