Charlie's monocle can be removed. It is held in place between 2 slots which are molded into his face. Many people use Charlie without the monocle. The slots remain but this doesn't seem to bother them.
The Super Deluxe Upgrades are great if you have a need for moving eyebrows. It really depends on what you are going to do with the figure and what your budget will allow.

Hi Douglas. At this point the permanent marker is probably a bigger issue than the white paint from your wall. The white paint might come off with soap and water or a gentle cleaner like 409 or Windex. If you ever have Slappy upgraded to the Deluxe or Super Deluxe level then his molded hair will be covered with a wig.
We will have more upgraded Slappy figures available soon. Anticipated date is approximately November 13. (It may be a little sooner or a little later.)

The mouth trigger is wood or acrylic and is shaped to allow easy movement. The eye control has a ball on it based on its side to side movement. Neither of these would work well for the brows so the metal L shape with rounded end is used.
I unwrapped my slappy super deluxe upgrade today. My aunt brought it with her to England (I'm in England) and it was fully in your packaging and when I unwrapped it all was good but the eyebrow control was not wood like the mouth and eyes but metal and the eyes keep on getting stuck when I turn them left. This is really upsetting and I don't know what to do. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks in advanced.

@elmo9626 As for the eye movement what is probably happening is that when you move them to the left you are pulling the control down (or pushing it up) somewhat. If you move the control straight to the left or straight to the right the eyes should move smoothly for you. Enjoy Slappy!

FedEx will take it as far as your local Post Office and your postal carrier will deliver it from there. There are some people scamming people showing our Super Deluxes for less than a price of a Basic. Please don't fall for this. If you are looking for something less expensive than a new Super Deluxe from us you might be able to find a used one at some point. They don't seem to be available very often though because once someone has one they generally want to keep it.
@thierryhotdogboy Emmett Kelly and Bozo are both available in the Deluxe Upgrade level by special order and Emmett Kelly can also be a Super Deluxe. Bozo doesn't come a s a Super Deluxe as he doesn't have eyebrows like the rest. Lots of people love Howdy Doody!

Thanks for the response. I'm considering one, though independent eyebrow control would be useful for doing expressions such as raised single eyebrow. I suppose I could modify it to work as such, but it would be worrisome to modify a $350 item with the possibility of damaging it.
The Standard Upgrade looks like the Basic dummy but is upgraded. Once you get into the Deluxe or Super Deluxe the eyes are different than on the Basic and Standard Upgrade and the wig is added.
The bands at the bottom of the control stick can be replaced with elastic hair bands from a local store. Many people remove the bands intentionally as this will allow more head movement, but whether that is a good thing to do or not varies from person to person. For some people it is best to have that connection between the head/control stick and the body since that aren't connected otherwise.
@ztpunk123 We are not really sure of an exact size and it may vary depending on how the clothing is cut. You are probably best off taking Slappy on a shopping trip with you so that you can try the clothes on him at the store.

in the future, will you have other features in your figures? these include blinkers, upper lip sneers, etc. Your figures are the most affordable I have ever seen, and i'd like for you to continue your successful business.
With you being in Ireland it is probably best for you to just get a new dummy. Once you figure in the cost of the international shipping it is probably better for you to just keep W.C. as is and end up with both him and a new one as well.

We don't currently have any cases in stock. You can probably find something that will work just fine in a local store...maybe a small trunk, large briefcase, a tool box, a small piece of luggage, etc. The cases that we sell from time to time are very nice but they aren't originally manufactured specifically to hold a dummy. When we have them, they are there as a convenience for people who might not want to go to a store to find something else. What you might find locally might work just as well and save you some money. You can't go into Walmart or Home Depot and find one of our upgraded dummies, but you can probably find something that will work well as a case.
