1. Kenny recognized Bubblez from the club, but instead of being direct with it he tried to be all mysterious
2. Bubblez has been involved in some wild, dirty shit in the past, and was worried that Kenny could hurt/expose her in some way, but Kenny was being mysterious so she couldn't know either way, so she had to be paranoid.
