Legolas Greenleaf and Stefan Urkel could've had Busta Rhymes, Mystikal, Onyx, and Lil John in that piece and the beat would still be whack. It ain't her fault.
They need to drop a new episode every week. All these dudes out here bangin & we get 1 a month. Still enjoy the series regardless of how long RR be takin a nap between every episode. Keep em' comin.
unfortunately, 99% of the people complaining about the beat because he didn't hold the needle properly, couldn't produce a beat anywhere close to this. When you listen to music you're not checking for someone's needle-holding expertise.smh....its the internet though, its expected.
The people saying that this one sucked were probably expecting something more complex like Slippery. But you have to remember that in Producing, Sometimes Simplicity is key. Look at how Crew and LOVE. was made 🤷🏾♂️🔥
for real. I swear half these comments are people just complaining "this isnt a boombap beat, blah blah blah." That beat at the end was fire once it dropped
Def would be more interesting featuring cats who are familiar with flipping records as part of their craft. Rhythm Roulette went from, how can I flip these random records into something dope? To, how can I even make a beat from sampling? The novelty of these producers who don't come from the sampling art form, attempting to flip records and fumble around the turntable, is a content product of little substance and has little to none re-watch ability. I love these young cats and their sound, I just feel Rhythm Roulette don't make sense for them. Maybe a new concept series is in order.
...dudes comment about trap producers is on point...sampling from wax to create beats in a classic technique...these trap dudes have no clue...watch how Blondie drops the needle on the record..he grabbed the arm and just let's it go. Its not thier fault thi..they did not experience the 90s....Give the dudes a Mac..FL or Logic...a keyboard and blunt and let em have at it...waste of time taking them to the wax shop...imo
this was pretty weak, and yeah a lot of the trap kids aren´t bringing it on this series, but I honestly thought they did a great job on this one, considering the source material. A lot of the boombap guys *somehow* always pick old 70s records, these guys ended up with a spacey reggae record, a Daft Punk record and a techno EP... not exactly the easiest stuff to flip into a beat, especially all three at the same time
These non-sample producers need their own show from mass appeal that can give them their own platform to shine, and let the producers who are seasoned in sampling/flipping records get back into the line up for Rhythm Roulette. So I agree with you Adam, Mass Appeal needs a new show for the kids.
Jesus christ there's some old heads hating in this thread! The dudes sampled every record and flipped it into one beat, while they still added some other elements... And oh yea they also made a intro and a drop section, a lot of these boom bap producers jus't go to the soul section and grab a loop for a 4 bar beat.. Saying trap producers don't belong on rhythm roulette is straight up dum. A lot of new producers flip samples, and they do it very creatively 😤
everyones a fucking music critic in these comments. you all sound the same with the "this isnt boombap" or "they used an 808 kit, yawn" bullshit. You guys are obviously missing the point of this series. It's to have the producers show you their work flows and how they would personally sample records. You guys need to can it with that old head mentality. let these producers do them, like goddamn
If you would be making beats you would know what people mean. They just took a random part that doesnt even sound good imho and wacked some drums on it. Nothing special after watching 9th Wonder, Buda & Grandz, ect ..
Hogboy At the end of the day, all music is just vibrational waves going at a certain frequency, regardless of the instrument you use, there will always be joy, plenty of groove, lots of soul, and tons of passion, she’s probably just used to being in the stu alot my guy
You could’ve made a down tempo groove. With that !!! (Ka! Ka! Ka!) record, I heard they’re shows go pretty crazy. Daft punk is always a classic. I wish producers started making dance tunes for the clubs. All you need is too pitch it down and chop it up. And boom all the ladies would get sweaty.

Kirk State studio essentials: weed, unnecessary yes men and uninterested looking women
Kirk State More like their tired, no energy production style put her the fuck to SLEEP!! 🤣
Legolas Greenleaf and Stefan Urkel could've had Busta Rhymes, Mystikal, Onyx, and Lil John in that piece and the beat would still be whack. It ain't her fault.

FL GANG!!!
Bruh. Deko was that man . When he took his beats down I was sad asf .
That was one of my favorite! Love how they dropped that perc sample in. So much vibe to this beat
Mass Appeal ain’t bullshittin. I love the consistency.
for a min they was bullshittin. it was months before one dropped. I love rhythm roulette.
They need to drop a new episode every week. All these dudes out here bangin & we get 1 a month. Still enjoy the series regardless of how long RR be takin a nap between every episode. Keep em' comin.
They did good with what they got. I would of been mad as fuck if I picked Daft Punk.
0:26 ... when the cops patrolling.
The atmosphere just felt AWKWARD as fuck! Like the guy who comes and sits with you and nobody wants him there...
so lucky they found daft punk record
FR. Ironic since he just made Yameii and Lil hDD
Their vibe was not synchronized this day. You can tell they both were like, "No" to each others collaboration.
The Out Hud record is a band called Chk Chk Chk (!!!).
It's actually a split EP, Out Hud has 3 tracks on the A side and !!! has one on the B side
Slippery is my fav beat off Migos' Culture!
OG Parker & Deko are cool producers.
I came across Deko in 2013
wish i had og parkers level of minding my business
This could be a fire club record with the right artist
unfortunately, 99% of the people complaining about the beat because he didn't hold the needle properly, couldn't produce a beat anywhere close to this. When you listen to music you're not checking for someone's needle-holding expertise.smh....its the internet though, its expected.
OG Parker one of the most iconic tags 🦄
Damn! Fire ass beat! Nice vid too. Well done.

3:30 had me dying like he fucking around but he lowkey went.😂😂😂
🔥🔥🔥
Na. Pass on this homie, trust.
Do you sample?
We did an interview with Parker too, he gave us info on Culture 3...
I've just realised, it takes me a whole episode of Rhythm Roulette to finish me dinner
Ebony and Ivory cooking up some damn fire that shit was sounding mad promising I hope they kept that so they can dive in deeper
Somebody give that man a Dasani commercial!
Lmao how did I KNOW they were gonna play that Migos beat in the intro
The people saying that this one sucked were probably expecting something more complex like Slippery. But you have to remember that in Producing, Sometimes Simplicity is key. Look at how Crew and LOVE. was made 🤷🏾♂️🔥
Rage The Dancer beat is dope.... they didn’t really go in on the sample to me though. Had a whole daft punk album
What filter did they use on the sample ?
too much reverb
That beat is ridiculous 🤦🏾♂️🔥🔥🔥💯
with the sailor moon tee, my man
This is a good beat, I don't know what y'all hearing
for real. I swear half these comments are people just complaining "this isnt a boombap beat, blah blah blah." That beat at the end was fire once it dropped
Drake would destroy this beat, that double time part before the beat drop is so drake it hurts lol
TheSmithyChannel when you realize it all sounds the same you'll see the light.
Tu Maldita Madre you sound like a fucking tool shut ur dumb ass up
@@TuMalditaMadre original progression timbres from a distorted sample, crisp drums. But yeah your right this isnt original or something grr
The BlacMav & CX The Producer double Rhythm Roulette kills this one.

They need to put 6ix on Rhythm Roulette!
I can relate to this at 3:30, when the producer doesn't give a shit and you think that your spitting some fire :D
everyones a fucking music critic in these comments. you all sound the same with the "this isnt boombap" or "they used an 808 kit, yawn" bullshit. og had to be like nervous or something cuz he seemed very not inclined to laugh at deko lol
The beat wasn't even bad. Yall just hating
If you would be making beats you would know what people mean. They just took a random part that doesnt even sound good imho and wacked some drums on it.

Buper Baiyan you don’t know shit about music
@@ooe93 the sample was great. You and they manipulated it like crazy. You complain about this and then you'll go crazy over a four bar piano loop
4:25 Deko lookin like Geralt
Lady in the back killing the whole vibe...lol\
Great idea. Fire
03:45 happy 420 for lady
Props t MA for coming back with RR..I was almost about to give up!
OG PARKER WENT TO OAKLEYYYYYYYY😂😂🤩🤩🤩
The bass is amazing...any vst with a bass preset like that ?
Aliouali Saad Try Omnisphere. This synth bass they used in this video is similar to what Foreign Teck used on Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange.”
audiodopebeats thaaank u
bring Ugly God on here
Rip rhythm roulette, you had a good run.
lol Must be like,.. when you are playing with your neighbour Playstation but he only got 1 controller haha
These guys drums are 🔥🔥🔥
That room must be 45 degrees with all of them wearing jackets
i need that instrumental now !!!! just to bump that shit fire
Merry Christmas
Love this!
Deko need to drop a tape rapping 😂
He’s got 4 ay
Lol
Why? so he can say ay after every bar like its interesting poetry and talk about how much money or pvssy he wants to have in his dreams lol
This music is devoid of joy. No groove, no soul, no passion. That chick on the couch says it all really.
Hogboy At the end of the day, all music is just vibrational waves going at a certain frequency, regardless of the instrument you use, there will always be joy, plenty of groove, lots of soul, and tons of passion, she’s probably just used to being in the stu alot my guy
Cant wait for that Fiji x deko
Is this a full beat? 👀
This lowkey lit🔥
Lowkey is now a banned phrase online due to relentless sudden overuse. Just a heads up
The Howard Knoxz RR too.
Give this to Travis Scott 🔥🔥🔥
he put a niddle like a newbie :p
these dudes fire, pretty cool watching them switch spots to work their own magic
this was a dope beat.
Need to let me & my homies get on here.., we do this on a Daily.. making pure heat from sampling.
That was too hard around the world 🌎 wow!
This was one of the craziest flips I’ve heard so far
How can I get on rhythm roulette?
designer X Slumpgod on this 👌🏾
When he said there is to much percussion, that could have been something... y'all need ness on here!
Hahaha! The way they put the needle on the record!!😝
alright Mass Appeal we getting better the beat definitely something you can vibe too
Reminds me of an Eric Dingus joint
So Mass Appeal, what hoops do you have to jump through to clear the samples?
This shit is dope af 🔥🔥🔥
Legendary
that beat hard
yo haha Deko gotta stop talkin he killing the mood lmao
