I thought HDB don't allow to own 2 EC?
Please share more about decoupling and how did you & your wife achieve to own 2 EC

How you decoupled within 10yrs??? HDB regulations applies for the first 10yrs.
How about for singles
Dragon's sifu, Mr Loo, is speculating that the gov might do something about the decoupling "loophole"...let's see
Do you think there is a cap on how much the EC market can grow? Due to the income ceiling in place by the government, it would mean that only a certain group of people can qualify for it. Looking at the max loan that the banks can provide is only 1.2mil to 1.3mil. There will probably be a cap to how much the EC market can go since more and more people will be unable to afford it.
Even if government increase the combined income ceiling to 18k or 20k, provide will barely have much impact on the total quantum of the loan?
Don't worry, the government has the complete data set.
Should there be a time when the demand falls way below or way above the projected level, the government will revise the income ceiling requirements accordingly.
What you see right now on paper is only temporary, change is permanent.
Less than that actually, only 900+k but if DPS then no cap alr
