This was an older song. Old drummer, no neck tattoo. Tatiana has looked different in every video. Personally I really like this one. She looks elegant.
Saw this song played live. The skies opened with rain at the climax. It was the most magical concert experience.

In an interview somewhere the image thing was discussed and Tatiana said someone once told her she should dress more feminine to sell records. So what did she do? She intentionally dressed down and grungy. She’s her own woman and does what she wants with her look despite other people’s opinions. She is a powerhouse on so many levels, and takes no bs from anyone.
THE biggest Jinjer fan here boys, no one is falling off the Jinjer fan bus. There's always a small group of fair weather fans. Got tickets already to see them in Vegas on Halloween. Y'all should make the trek!!!!!! Love the channel!
Will do, and yes we wondering why people were saying that Tatiana was "changing". We definitely dont see it, and either way she is phenomenally talented
@@Hollywood6IX I suspect its long time fans unhappy that the band, and Tatiana inparticular, are different people now in their early 30's compared to when they were in their early 20's. Some people just can't handle that the group they've put on a pedastal has grown and changed over the years like everybody else.

Awww, luckyy they are touring in my city legit so close I could take a bus but the venue is 19+ and I can’t go (not old enough) and its driving me crazy that i might miss out “in my opinion” the worlds greatest band
She completely changes her look all the time. It's kind of her thing.
Anyone complaining about Tatiana changing her look just can't accept that artists evolve. If anything, she just seems to be becoming more comfortable being herself than she has in the past.

My husband and i saw them in 2019 and it was awesome. Tatiana is a rare gem and the band is no slouch either.

She looks different in EVERY video intentially to "look the part of the song". She has not changed dramatically at all ... just check out the PROPHECY and NOAH videos as she is just as brutal in appearance and vocals as ever. By the way, if you think she did not look "sexy" in pisces you are BLIND!

This song is on the same album as Pisces, King of Everything. So it's just as old as Pisces. Don't understand why fans would give up on a band that has blown up. Maybe it's the feeling a parent gets when their child leaves the nest. Music really hasn't changed much, just maybe more technical, which is a good thing. Can't wait to see them in Nov.

Agree. Diehard fan here since 2018. I have an all-Jinjer playlist among my mixes, and it contains every track. I’ve seen every video multiple times and cannot wait for the new music. Tatiana would have to murder one of the other band members to lose me as a fan. 😂

The craziest thing about her is she writes like Maynard...in the sense that her band writes the music, and then they pass it to her to write the lyrics over the music. This is truly a great band.

It seems you read some of the older Jinjer fans. You can split Tatiana's appearance into two periods:
1. Tatiana with dreadlocks.
2. Tatiana after she cut off her dreadlocks.
During the first period she always had a particular style - such a tomboy.
And then she started to change her style continiously. She could be a diva, could be a little goth, could be a sweet girl and could be a wamp, could be a witch in the forest and could be Alice in Wonderland. Tatiana could be anyone she wants. But she never became a tomboy with dreadlocks again. Somebody miss this part of her personality. But Tatiana said that she's grown up at last. She's not a tomboy anymore. That's life, everything is changing.
I don't know of anyone falling off the Jinjer train who was already there, they just keep getting better and better musically. Also, this video was filmed before the Pisces studio session live video. Both songs are from the same album. However, she looks different in every video.
I can’t recall where you two are based out of, but Jinjer has a bunch of dates for this fall, and some shows have already sold out! Get you some tickets!
This is an older track, from 2015, with their old drummer before Vlad joined, if you enjoyed this and want another older track check out 'Sit Stay Roll Over' official video, she has many different looks, I think that she seems happier with herself now, as she is a shy person at heart, she's gained in confidence.
Jinjer is best described IMO as extreme jazz

These guys are true artists. Tatiana is a goddess on the mic. And my metal queen. She has 3 different looks in this video alone. They all look great but that flowing black dress (with the blue gauges)...holy jeeze. Elegant and beautiful. I think her look is very much a part of her. I think she does just about everything she wants. You don't contain power like hers. She is always unique. She is her.

Tatiana has said herself that she wrote this song as a call to the Universe while she was looking for love. I think that had a lot to do with her wardrobe choice for this one, she was dressing to reflect the fact she's trying to find that romantic partner in the lyrical content... imo
Take it from a musician, this is pretty progressive. As for some fans not liking their newer stuff, that’s how it goes with many bands. Look how Tool fans reacted to their newest album, which is brilliant.

Why would anyone lose interest of great music because of how Tatiana changes her looks? She is a beautiful person no matter what she wears or how she looks. I am Jinjer fan because I love the lyrics of the songs, the band's amazing sound/talent, and Tatiana's kickass attitude :)

And she has a diferent style every single video, this one was more diva, for sure, but the last video they made (HomeBack) she´s like a soldier on the frontline. And for what I heard and read about the next album, sound wise they will go even more hard and uneasy, so further away from selling out. And yeah, what´s the problem with saying someone is beautiful? I 1000% agree about the Adele thing. She was so fine when she was bigger. IMO. But I also agree that it's her body and her choice and same with Tati, her voice is the same so what does it matter?
The two latest Jinjer videos are 'The Prophecy' and 'Home Back'. I guess (and only guess) that's what the critics are refering to.
I think this discussion may be bigger in the (still very conservative) US than elsewhere.
But I don't care and still like it (t.b.h. more than ever). Change and transition is integral part of Jinjer.

Whatever “fans” said that shit about her image wasn’t pain attention from the start. Both Tatiana and the band as a whole have always been super alternative and experimental, with super diverse influences from multiple cultures and subcultures. Also, fuck them.

This video was filmed not too long after she cut off her long dreads, that's why her hair was shorter for a while. Also, this was with former drummer Dmitry Kim, who fell out a third story window, and, suffered a serious spinal injury, that took him a long time to recover from. That's why they replaced him with Vlad.
It's the sad story for Dmitry! :(

Anyone who is losing interest because of how Tatiana dresses, wears her hair, or how she does her makeup is no real fan. They’re really hitting their stride as a band and the songs keep getting better. As far as the look, Tatiana hasn’t made any radical appearance changes since losing the dreads. Y’all should dip your toe back into the Jinjer pool. The water’s great. And you should check out the most recent official video for the song “Home Back” from the last album Macro. Watch that and see if you think there’s any sell out when you hear the most brutally low growl you’ve probably heard from her.
