Nice video Benn and a story well told. Can definitely identify with the challenge to keep weight off - not easy - and especially the ease with which old habits can come back. Well done Benn, honesty really proud to see this video. I remember back in primary school me and you were the big boys,(chay btw) I got up to 17 stone, but managed to drop it down to 12, which took time and effort. I am so glad you see in good health man, keep up the hard work.
