I have had this phone for a few months now, it ran wonderfully. I got an update a few days ago and now it is slow, laggy, delayed. I have to restart it 6 plus times a day just to use it.
Didn't work. Got this phone new from the box. My A53 was SO much better. Phone's been slow brand new, apps randomly open, touch screen freezes and has delays. Samsung really screwed this phone up.
I got given this as a work phone and it is painfully sluggish. Everything lags, literally EVERYTHING. Emails, camera, everything. I am a tech guy so I know all of these insanely basic "TIPS"....! This phone is utter garbage!
The samsung A53 will of course becuase it was made to be more of a flagship type device, the A53 has better specs in pretty much all areas. The a15 is also running one ui 6.0 witch has know to slow down and make pretty much all budget phones lag so the next ui updates will and should fix the lag (hopefully).
I just got an A15 and so disappointed for this exact reason!
Bought this phone today. It's shit. Slow and crashes even for UA-cam!
None of these work just a bad phone
a factory reset never lets me down. Try that.
