The state with the tallest mexican is Chihuahua(northern state). Its the same thing why people don't believe their is white mexicans. The absent father absolutely had alot to do with BM 'choosing out' from BW. BW were in the 2nd generation of receiving government support (Welfare from 1971), and were very independent, masculine and aggressive which made them unattractive to BM. The difference between foreigner women and BW is that these women come from societies that demanded subservient roles from their women, while BM don't demand the same degree of subservience, and allow more freedom. BM are more affectionate than all other men. The part you are not understanding is the 'traumas' the BW has experienced has effects that have resulted in her exuding qualities that BM find unattractive. No one is pure race. Scandinavians have a purer white look. Andeans have an andean look. Native Americans Relate to Andeans group in certain forms yet related. A lot of this also has to do with trauma. It's the unfortunate psychological event of a lot of black men going through emotional and sometimes physical trauma from black women in particular but not exclusively, and then unfortunately attaching trauma to black women in general, AKA Pavlov's theory. The same traumas happened to black women but we don't know how to separate bad experiences from race to put it simply.

I can say this from growing up in NYC and living in that Era. Although there were random "fetish" scenarios that came close to what the Guy is describing in the 80's. On average and in MASS - Rivah, you are 100% right. Culturally, back in the 80's - cultures kept to their own, as a general practice. Initially, because of safety and then later familiarity & comfort. However, by and large, the divide was perpetuated through generational ignorance and the media reinforcing racist stereotypes. Keep in mind the Supreme Court just outlawed Segregation in1954, which was barely 30 years prior. So, there was a LOT of truth to accept, a LOT of facts to unravel and more importantly a LOT of NEW narratives to embrace. By a Boomer Generation that observed a lot of crazy in their life, and wasn't about philosophical change. The issue for the Boomer Generation was as neighborhoods grew, they merged and bled over into other neighborhoods and those racist stereotypes that everyone was raised on (at the time), suddenly didn't carry the weight it did in the past. It's one thing to be told consistently, that another Culture of people do and act a certain way. It's another thing entirely, to actually SEE, HEAR & EXPERIENCE differently first hand. And without those racist stereotypes, the fundamental laws of attraction between Man & Woman, would generally run their natural course, superceding the fabricated nonsense. Blacks & Hispanics, throughout all of the above were considered minorities and as such they had more in common, then they didn't. The Father's fought wars together, the Mothers & Father's worked together and the children went to Public School together and for the most part the families lived within the same communities. So, despite their cultural differences, it was easier for the Generation X'ers to get along and much harder for the "Non-conforming" Boomer Generation Parents, to push the racist stereotypical narratives on the Generation X & Early Millennial Children. Now that I given context, I can speak to my response to the title. BM dating LW, is it a culture thing reaction. My answer from experience is: YES ! 100% Speaking from MY experience ONLY. As a BM, I grew up in a predominantly Black Community and in my early teens - young adulthood, I generally dated BW. Almost exclusively, with the random exception of a BW whom may have been mixed (Black & Asian) . . . (Black & Latina). In 98% of the time, the Parents (Mother, Father - married) were actively present, in their lives. It wasn't until I went to College in the NYC, that I started dating Latina women and in 90% of those cases, she could physically pass for a BW (Darker Skin tone, Afro Latina - Halle Berry-ish) and for me the main appeal & attraction (above and beyond the physical, as BW are just a gorgeous as any other woman on the planet) was the Cultural Difference. The most glaring Cultural Differences for me, was that in every single situation I was in, when they were interested THEY DID NOT PLAY GAMES, They let me know (Usually within the first 5-10 min of introduction), that they were interested. Some were subtle, some were aggressive - But, Ive never had to guess. They made me feel appreciated and NONE of them were ever combative. To be honest, the adoration was very much like what the Latina in the video described & displayed.

I cook, clean, and, play my role as a wife. I let my husband be the man he is and trust him 100 percent that he will take care all the family issues and concerns and, it will be for our best. The absent father absolutely had alot to do with BM 'choosing out' from BW. BW were in the 2nd generation of receiving government support (Welfare from 1971), and were very independent, masculine and aggressive which made them unattractive to BM. I can say this from growing up in NYC and living in that Era.
Although there were random "fetish" scenarios that came close to what the Guy is describing in the 80's. On average and in MASS - Rivah, you are 100% right.
Culturally, back in the 80's - cultures kept to their own, as a general practice. Initially, because of safety and then later familiarity & comfort. However, by and large, the divide was perpetuated through generational ignorance and the media reinforcing racist stereotypes. Keep in mind the Supreme Court just outlawed Segregation in1954, which was barely 30 years prior. So, there was a LOT of truth to accept, a LOT of facts to unravel and more importantly a LOT of NEW narratives to embrace. By a Boomer Generation that observed a lot of crazy in their life, and wasn't about philosophical change.
The issue for the Boomer Generation was as neighborhoods grew, they merged and bled over into other neighborhoods and those racist stereotypes that everyone was raised on (at the time), suddenly didn't carry the weight it did in the past.
It's one thing to be told consistently, that another Culture of people do and act a certain way. It's another thing entirely, to actually SEE, HEAR & EXPERIENCE differently first hand.
And without those racist stereotypes, the fundamental laws of attraction between Man & Woman, would generally run their natural course, superceding the fabricated nonsense.
Blacks & Hispanics, throughout all of the above were considered minorities and as such they had more in common, then they didn't. The Father's fought wars together, the Mothers & Father's worked together and the children went to Public School together and for the most part the families lived within the same communities. So, despite their cultural differences, it was easier for the Generation X'ers to get along and much harder for the "Non-conforming" Boomer Generation Parents, to push the racist stereotypical narratives on the Generation X & Early Millennial Children.
Now that I given context, I can speak to my response to the title.
BM dating LW, is it a culture thing reaction.
My answer from experience is: YES ! 100%
Speaking from MY experience ONLY.
As a BM, I grew up in a predominantly Black Community and in my early teens - young adulthood, I generally dated BW. Almost exclusively, with the random exception of a BW whom may have been mixed (Black & Asian) . . . (Black & Latina). In 98% of the time, the Parents (Mother, Father - married) were actively present, in their lives.
It wasn't until I went to College in the NYC, that I started dating Latina women and in 90% of those cases, she could physically pass for a BW (Darker Skin tone, Afro Latina - Halle Berry-ish) and for me the main appeal & attraction (above and beyond the physical, as BW are just a gorgeous as any other woman on the planet) was the Cultural Difference. The most glaring Cultural Differences for me, was that in every single situation I was in, when they were interested THEY DID NOT PLAY GAMES, They let me know (Usually within the first 5-10 min of introduction), that they were interested. Some were subtle, some were aggressive - But, Ive never had to guess. They made me feel appreciated and NONE of them were ever combative. To be honest, the adoration was very much like what the Latina in the video described & displayed.
Side note... People from Guyana have 2 ethnics: Indian and Caribbean/African... That country is split damn near in 1/2. The indian Guyanese will marry someone from India... I have friends from Guyana on both sides that I love and I wish I could have snatched one up 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

My great-grandfather is am Mexican who came here, legally, and married a black chick who's records we traced back to the 1820s. One of their sons is m my grandfather. He was mixed, but on the father side. After serving WWII as a Tuskegee Airman, he married a black woman. This grandma had a mixture come in from the late 1800s. She wasn't considered mixed, but her bloodline wasn't pure African. They made my mother. My paternal great-grandfather was Scottish. He came here by way of Canada. He married a black woman. One of his sons was my grandfather. He was mixed, biracial and it showed. He married a black woman who wasn't pure either, but she wasn't mixed, but hey blood had something. Jet black, straight hair. They made my dad. Now, my dad is high yellow, but his dad is a quarter till white. They made me. Of my 6-member family, I'm the darkest while not being dark at all! I do tan. Bring and if I'm mixed, I say no. Why? I'm not biracial off m my parents. However, I tell them that I have several things on my bloodline. I'm a mutt, but technically not mixed. I've l looked at Africa and see m men looking similar to me, but they're descendants o if colonial times.
I find it interesting that Brasil didn't have this issue. Those blended with Portuguese and those blended with Africa oo only l look different by skin color. The nose and eyes are dead giveaways. In Brasil, you have the natives still and they're either yellowish or brown. The hair n green those four colors tell a story a as well. Can clearly see who are afro-centric, who's maybe and who's blended with Portuguese. Yet they don't do race crap we do up here. They aren't seen as races or of a different background.
Africans untouched by outsiders have a look and none look like this chick nor rivah and surely don't have their hair. If Rivah's parents are l listed as black, five, she's not mixed or biracial. But tracking her h heritage, she'll find where the hair and lighter skin came from. I love it. It proves white and black supremacy lovers to be liars.
