James Hadley hey James, I don’t, but if you just head north up the side of derwent water, at the head of the lake is a bridle way which heads straight up and over. I then just looped back. It’s a pretty popular route if you google it
@@James-he2vg Yes pretty much. When you have descended the other side, you can turn right, head along that trail with the lake to your left and then you can turn right again head back over. Or just out and back.
Literally just start at the visitor centre and head up the valley. This should help flattyres-mtb.co.uk/route-guides/peak-district-mtb-routes/cut-gate/
I love bikes
Then you are indeed a great human
ey up mate! sweet video. only done this descent once myself and cant wait to hit it again, it was so fast!
Great ride. The part where your audio went is called Mickelson Edge and is, for me, the best part. Such a fun flowy descent. Liked and subscribed.
Yeah it's a shame it cut out. Great section though!
Cheers for that. I'm rubbish with names but that decent will stick in my mind visually for a long time
That’s got to be epic on a tandem! (Insert stoker joke here)
Looks great. Do you have a map or gpx of the route? Many thanks.

@@OriginalCyclist thanks. So you do you go there and back on Cut Gate?
