For those who have not watched the video yet, in the battery compartment on the back, positive goes to your right when you install the batteries. It IS marked inside the battery compartment, however, it's not the easiest to see the shiny symbols against the textured background.

I am sorry to say it is not possible to process an exchange or refund on this occasion. In order to avoid any discrepancies in assisting our customers, we firmly arrange our policy. " Please let us know if you have any suggestions on how we can make things better. "
Some audio or text would really help! Can't see what that pop up box said when you're pairing. Can't see what you keyed in on the keyboard after that. I'm trying to find a video my 82 yr old father can watch to get this keyboard set up with his iPad since he is technically challenged at this time in his life. I'm trying to make his life easier with the keyboard, he hates hunting and pecking on his ipad. But trying to help him get set up long distance isn't working.
