Your videos are informative and soothing! I don't recall seeing a microwave in your kitchen. Is this a space issue or health?

Thanks Sharon! Mostly a space thing for us - keeping kitchen appliances to a minimum just saves space for us (:

I don't have a microwave either. With the way I cook, they don't save time or help out enough.

I wish I could walk or ride a bike to the store, but I live in New Mexico near farms. I have to drive in the city to shop.

Same with Orlando; not just distance but the heat as well. In my hometown in Rochester, NY things were much closer, more regional if that makes sense with 5mile radius for at least for things you do errands and shopping for. In my case my jobs were close too and the buses were pretty good too. In Orlando a unfortunately a car is definitely needed.

When you are about to buy the shoes then remember don't buy the next thing principle 🙂

I'm kinda flat footed. Would those shoes work for my kind of feet? Also my grandma has a wide foot; would it work?

They're great for people with wide feet! Not sure about flat footed though, as they don't offer a lot of support (they're meant to be quite minimal). I find that barefoot type shoes tend to strengthen feet over time when wore in combination with other shoes.

do you ever feel insecurity about peing perceived as boring or not fun?? like in general but even when it comes to fashion too--there are times when i want to buy something flashier or something more fun but i know there are more important things.
i guess when i watch minimalism content i try to keep in mind that this person usually has a very strong reason for living the way they do but i was wondering if they ever feel insecure

You can definitely source fun and flashy items sustainably! Think second hand/vintage/preloved or upcycling something you already own. Obtain half used cans of paint to decorate a room in a colourful and eclectic way. A sustainable world doesn't have to be neutral colours and subdued tones if that's not your bag.
