    I don't eat sugar! Healthy cookies without flour and sugar! Energy dessert recipe! You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    00:00:01 Recipe #1 (only 3 ingredients):
    120 gr. (1/2 cup) (4 ounces) peanut butter.
    1.5 tablespoons sweetener, I used blue agave syrup.
    Mix.
    Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
    30 gr. Roast (1/4 cup) (1 ounce) peanuts in a pan.
    Chop with a knife.
    Form into balls.
    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    Press with your hand.
    Decorate with nuts.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 7-8 minutes.
    00:03:28 Recipe #2:
    100 gr. (1 cup) (oz) whole grain cereal.
    Add water.
    Let the oatmeal rest for 5 minutes.
    Look, the oatmeal has thickened from the moisture.
    Drain the water.
    2 tablespoons coconut oil.
    Melt the butter.
    Add.
    2 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter.
    Add 1 teaspoon of vanillin extract.
    Add ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
    2 tablespoons blue agave syrup or other sweetener.
    Mix.
    Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 25-30 minutes.
    Let the cookies cool for 3 minutes.
    40 gr. (1/3 cup) (1.4 ounces) sugar-free dark chocolate.
    Melt in a water bath.
    Add 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil.
    Mix.
    Decorate the cookies with chocolate.
    Allow the chocolate to harden.

    I'm from the U.S.A. - I've never seen vanillin extract that is so thick and resembles molasses before.

      Brown rice syrup, black strap molasses, cane sugar juice, or coconut nectar... any of these should work with varying flavor profiles and sweetness levels. You may have to find the correct measure by taste preference.
