RULE 8 - MANNER OF MAKING ALLEGATIONS IN PLEADINGS | REMEDIAL LAW REVIEW

Rule 8 provides for the manner of making allegations in pleadings involving alternative causes of action, condition precedent, capacity to sue or be sued, fraud, mistake or condition of the mind, as well as pleading a judgment, actionable documents, an official document or act, and making specific denial (three types are: absolute denial, partial denial and denial by disavowal of knowledge).
