Sadie's acting skills were phenomenal. This film was worth the grammy and better than most romance movies ever made. Taylor is amazing at singing, performing, writing, directing, and storytelling. What a legend. She isn't just the music industry, she is the whole art. This lady has been my biggest celebrity crush and favorite singer for years.

Sad but also validating to watch that part. Used to happen to me all the time. He’d always completely ignore me in front of his friends and when I said something about it I was “being crazy” or “acting like a brat”. One time I had a friend pick me up and he didn’t even notice I was gone for quite some time and then got mad at me for leaving.

Part of what makes this work so well is Sadie has this "every woman" vibe about her. She could be your daughter, your little sister, your niece...even yourself at that age. Just very relatable and likable...hard to put my finger on it.

I love the motif with her hair. Any time she's with him alone, especially in the beginning she wears her hair naturally curly, which gives her a more youthful look. But whenever she tries to fit into his scene or impress him her hair is pin straight or styled more mature maturely. Almost like she looses her sense of self both physically and mentally. The scene crying in her bed hit hard when she had her hair pulled back in a pony tail with her natural hair texture.

Sadie’s acting made my jaw drop, she sounds and acts so much like Taylor - it is impressive. Dylan has done an amazing job as well, he was really able to convey the idea of the guy Taylor was telling in her story. Perfect casting, perfect acting, perfect directing and obviously a perfect song. I am really thankful to Taylor for she shared such a masterpiece with us. She is a legend.
