Hi, Great project! With the Cricut Explorer Air machines just turn the knob to custom and you will get the same paper option screen as you do on the Maker. I have both machines. I hope that info helps..

I remember making buttons when I worked as a Page in high school at the library. Damn gurl it wasn’t as Fancy as this. There was one tool you hold in your hand or on the table snip snap it’s done. This was a nice 👍🏽 video and thank you 🥰

New subbie here - this is a great informative vlog. I got my button maker from 'American Button Machines' ... never had a problem with it. Yes its pricey ... but all the button parts, magnets, zip pulls etc are readily available. These ones from Amazon (China) seem to breakdown so easily. You have some wonderful designs though. Off to look at more of your great work!

When making your image, do you make it the size of the clear sheet or slightly smaller. I have the 58mm (2.28 inch) button maker and not sure of what image size to make. Thanks!

Hi, I am having trouble with my button maker. The metal gets squished too much and the paper wraps around the backing correctly but once I press it onto the pin backing, the metal gets squished and leaves the button with a metal piece sticking out around the edge. Some have a small piece sticking out flat and others come out with a larger section. Sorry if i explained this weird I’m not sure how to describe it. Could you have any tips for fixing this? I’m not sure what’s going wrong. Thank you

Can you change out the size buttons? Can you not put the pin on the back and just leave the picture on the metal to make a magnet?

If you have amazon prime try to only buy products that are sold and shipped by amazon....even tho it says prime doesn’t mean it’s sold by amazon. Always send it back if it’s not right and ever buy things that are non returnable. Some sellers sell used or returned items on amazon.

I have problem with mine not wrapping around the backing. Consistently.. It is very easy to use compared to my earlier Badge a Mint. However we still have too much waste. Any suggestions?
