I’ve been following your blog since you’ve out planted them. It’s nice to see great progress. I’ve just started mine a year ago since was inspired by your deeds. Good job. Keep it up.
i think you are mistaken ‘cause i’ve been planting narras for 30 yrs now Narra lose their leaves during the cold season of dec, feb but will sprout new leaves during the summer time of march, april!
Interesting! The start of the dry season in Sablan coincides with those times, and it doesn't get too cold, so I thought it was the drier weather rather than the change in temperature causing the leaves to fall. If it's temperature dependent, I wonder if being at higher or lower elevations affects the shedding of the leaves
@@outofdangerproject im not sure if its temp dependent. I mostly planted my narra trees in qc metro manila so i’d like to think those local native narra trees knows if its nov, dec, jan and they shed their leaves just like fall in temp countries!😎
I've got a unique seedling if your interested. I've got some Baobab seedlings. They are about 2 years old & about 3-3.5 ft tall. I'm here in Mandaluyong.

Good info. That explains why there are narra leaves and branches that started sprouting a few weeks ago.

Where do you get your seedlings? I wanna start planting this rainy season
That's great! If you go on facebook, there is a group - Philippine Native Tree Enthusiasts - you can check there for sources of seedlings near you
