YES! I think the ol' boy was stuttering too much, and protesting when there was no apparent reason to protest. He couldn't state any clear cut criteria for narrowing down the suspects. He couldn't state any real reason for NOT getting DNA swabs from certain people. He seems to believe he's a human lie detector. He's inconsistent. He was just a mess.
I gave that suspect EVERY benefit of the doubt.. And after listening to ALL of the interrogation, and watching 90% of this case on here, My stomach started to turn. This man is guilty as SIN itself. He has no remorse, and if he gets off Scott FREE, he WILL kill again. He is a machine. He has no emotion. He is a typical textbook "Psychopath."
I have yet to see anything that implicates him whatsoever. but this as as far as Ive gotten, still at beginning of this video. why did she repeatedly say Eric?? sounds nothing like Quinton and she claimed she didn't know his last name, which she did know Quintons last name. Now granted, IK in a shock situation like she was in maybe she was meaning to say "quinton" and it came out a different name. I was in a car accident and was trying to say one thing and the words were coming out wrong. I knew in my mind i was trying to say July, but it was coming out December. In my mind Id say, No JULY! and It would come out December. So maybe she thought she was saying something different. it really is crazy what happens to us and how our minds work

The defense lawyer is so laid back but intimidating to the detective bc he's implying the detective is incompetant. The residence of this small town don't make a living lying through their teeth. I believe all the investigating teams followed the facts & the defense lawyer is trying to through bs theories into the facts. The detective has said several times that all the ppl in Jessica's phone were not questioned & DA tested if they had not had physical contact with her within the past wk & this DA wants to keep making a issue of it when it makes perfect sense. The 2 men that called for EMS when they saw Jessica's car did not know Jessica, were not aquaintanced on social media so not persuing them after they satisfied the detective questions is just another doubt to plant in the jury's mind. Being a concerned citizen & wanting to help is the extent of their involvement. I think Jessica knew exactly who she was attacked by & only experienced persons that have heard a victim give their dying declaration would be aware of this, therefore, trust what they hear.

Ever since watching this trial I have been impressed with her. Regardless of his guilt or innocence, I can appreciate a good defense... 👍👍 Side note: prosecution could have done WAY more and fell short. Hoping they have more evidence next trial. “Eric” could have easily been her saying “A Wreck” ... just sayin’...
Totally agree with Lori. If you just tried to kill a girl would you report your name and the fact of a burning car while you're still standing there? Me neither
true, but idk that I can say everyone involved in this case regarding the small town cops, EMTs, and other personnel all know what they're doing, all made educated, well informed decisions, and all gave good information. I think most were all too personally affected by the traumatic events, experiencing and seeing it firsthand skewed their thinking and ability to make good decisions
I watch a lot of homicide documentaries, and people are often killed by opportunist criminals who happen to stumble upon their prey, so your argument about the two truck drivers not knowing her and therefore it was right in not investigating them further is not full proof.
It's really refreshing to see the primary witness in this testimony be 100% honest. It's great that there's at least one honest, competent cop in Mississippi.
The defense attorneys are very professional. Their calm demeanor is much different than many other trials I’ve watched. They prove it’s very possible to cross examine without being condescending or using an attacking tone. I knew nothing about this case prior to stating it 2 days ago. The defense is definitely instilling doubt in my mind.
If something ever happened to me, I want THAT detective (Mr. Douglas) on my case. He is thorough and to the exact point!!!!! I would believe him over ANYONE. Investigating is what that man was made for. It's obvious!!! He is so exact. They (defense) hate him for it. And I love him for it. The truth always hurts the deceitful.
I just gotta LOVE him. He has the light of God inside of him. Period. Very respectful man. Even of the suspect. Not once did he talk with abuse, lie, or even slightly mistreat the suspect. Just a REAL investigator, with a mission to get at the truth.
@@lindaliamorander331 , I agree !! I would trust Mr. Douglas with my life too . I kind of got the feeling that the reason why the defense attorney kept hem hauling around and asking the same questions over and over again was because I think it was out of spite . The defense attorney knew Mr. Douglas had interrogated Quinton Tellis for a long period of time , so I think he thought he would question Mr. Douglas as long as he could. That's what I mean about being spiteful. I'm sure Mr. Douglas had a good reason why he suspected Mr. Tellis in this murder . He knew he was lying . He knows Tellis killed Jessica Chambers. He has been doing his job for a long time and he knew what he was doing. I for one am proud of him . I notice some people said , he acted nervous. He sounds like he was a little sick with a cold and I think that's why he was drinking so much water . Maybe he had a sore throat that day ....IDK , but this man is not a dummy . I think he is a very smart man.
Bonnie Brown Agreed! This case reminds me of the Jodi Arias case...remembered how she brutally murdered Travis because she felt rejected. Same case different scenario but same motive. Tellis obviously felt rejected by Jessica Chambers
Mr. Williams the DA is the most arrogant lawyer I have ever witnessed. He is disrespectful & reaching at straws with his line of questioning. Coulda, woulda, shoulda is all he has to try & pick apart an investigation that seems straight forward to me.
Mr. Douglas is straight forward..great job! You know the truth like we all know.i cant believe the killer is not under the jail..it blows my mind...then I find out about the other murder he did...He is a serial killer, how many more has to die before the court gets it..Something is wrong with this picture....How could they let this murderer go...Help me understand this messed verdict...PLEASE
I had to look up this case, mistrial. Twice! I totally get why, it was excruciating to watch so many questions that answer nothing. This guy goes on to later kill a woman in Louisiana. To bad they didn’t stop him before he hurt someone else.
Folks, it’s just this simple! If someone is being interrogated and they keep lying and lying and lying, it means that they are hiding something. Mainly because, if they are innocent, then why keep lying? You don’t have to have a good memory if you are telling the truth. Period! Peace.
Whomever killed her was very angry and it was personal. To burn someone alive you have to be a psycho! I think she knew something and the person killed her to keep her silent!!
Maybe she knew about other crimes he did and was going to go to the police with it. They mentioned drugs (weed and pills) I also think he had help with murdering her. Who owned the SUV that they saw on camera driving up to the shed and then going back to the crime scene? Who was that? Have they investigated that?
The biggest take away from this is the animosity and disdain between the law the state the responders etc and the defence. I'll wager the defence is twisting facts and misleading misrepresenting what's being said. The way the cops talking "I understand sir, I don't want to miss peak sir, this is what I said sir, I don't want to appear ____ sir" the level of faux respect is over the top the way everything is so carefully worded not to allow a single door to twisting anything. The defence on the other hand is picking the weakest crap to make appear huge. How do the defence attorney in this case sleep at night?
I don't think this guy on the stand FBI, knows anything. He didn't do a lot of procedures that should have been done. He's too busy excusing himself. He's into the glory of his job not the facts that was somebody else's job.
This is who we pay to be a Federal Investigator, no wonder so many children are still missing, hard to believe he could sit still long enough to drive anywhere or interview anyone, to busy talking to listen and take notes, he should be an auctioneer, not an investigator.
My apologies, its DA Peterson not Williams. I'm so impressed with Detective Douglas's character he showed respect & such manners when DA Peterson didn't warrant so much as a thank you. I didn't hear Peterson say please or thank you once to anyone. At the last minute the prosecutor really drove home the point I was making with the DA's line of questioning to Detective Donaldson....shoulda, coulda, woulda
Mr Douglas: The worst thing a person can do is not believe a person is telling the truth. This is true of a parent regarding a child. What harm would it have done to run the DNA on the two men who reported finding her????
The person could have been running away at that point. Where were the dogs? This case is so maddening, it must be excruciating to her parents and others. Ask him if an accident happened, not a murder. Ask anyway.
Beginning of the trial Jessica's best friend testified and she said that Jessica referred to Quinton as 'Eric' and she asked Jessica why she calls him 'Eric' she said 'I don't know its easier'...that's where Eric has come from but you have to go back to the beginning of the trial and listen very carefully to witness testimony....
I believe she was killed because she knew something and they wanted to shut her up. Remember she dealt drugs. You don't fool around with people like that.
He's one of the main detectives on the case so this is what he would have been working for this entire time. He has to get his point across as best he can to the jury this one time so the person he believes is responsible is held for it.
This FBI guy thinks if you are a victim of a crime, the perpetrator will be in your phone. Some criminals victimize random strangers, but not according to this guy . very limited thinking, doesn't have a detectives mind, he is already convinced it had to be someone in her phone. Scary, this is ineffective detective work, the more I watch this detective testify, the more I think Tellis is innocent
I do not understand the Doctor/Mortician stating that there is NO WAY that Jessica could say words with the condition of her burned mouth. Yet TEN people clearly heard her state her name and the name "Eric". He was adamant that she could not talk, but she DID! But I want to know WHO Eric is? Why are they charging Quinton when Jessica said it was Eric. Eric WHO???
Quinton married a woman who's cousin's name was Eric. This Eric was obviously tied to Quinton bc Eric was also a significant past boyfriend of Quinton's sister. She has Eric's name tatooed largely on her hand. I think Eric was there & he was the one who set her on fire, but I think Quinton told him to. Yes when they asked her name...she was able to say Jessica and they understood it and it turned out to be true! Her name was indeed jessica.Jessica. having said that I don't know who else could have set her on fire.
She was TRYING to talk and made sounds. Doesn't mean she was actually speaking coherently and clearly. Eyewitness testimony sucks. People hear and see what they want, memories are distorted and inaccurate. Happens all the time
I feel for this defense attorney. I'm so aggravated at this backwoods idiot on the stand I want to reach through my computer and knock him upside his head! And i live in some rural backwoods myself. Worse then a little kid trying to talk his way out of trouble. God Bless this defense attorney, he has the patience of a saint.
The defendant does not appear a nice character to me, and if my daughter got involved with someone like him I would have a nervous breakdown. However, Jessica (God rest her soul) clearly repeatedly stated that Eric set her on fire. They need to conduct a root and branch investigation, DNA and all, on all the erics and stop making excuses for them.
He is evil for sure. She was too trusting and met him through that lady from job corps. He had an extensive criminal record, ex convict etc. Justice was not served.
This witness Is awfully chatty and over emotional for law-enforcement. Plus he just cannot wait for a question to be asked before he butts in and answers it.
I can't listen to this lawyer anymore with his stupid questions.. I don't think I could be in that court room and sit still listening to those questions from the defendant lawyer.. He's the most calmly ignorant lawyer I have ever seen.. 1st of all he doesn't pay attention when the deceive is explaining some facts, bcuz he keeps repeating same questions over n over with no significant point. 2nd he's rude n disrespectful n never apologizes.. 3rd he should go back to college and take some more classes that he probably skipped... He keeps implicating those 2 poor guys who happened to be by pass and did what a good citizen would do by calling for help.. They didn't even know that there was a person there in the fire.. And they even testified that they thought it was a car fire intended to collect insurance money.. Now why would the detectives suspect that those men caused the fire n killed Jessica?? Only a lawyer like this one would think so!! Thank God he's not a detective because he would free murders and send innocent people to jail!!
Curious how the defense feels that this man has killed another woman. I'm just seeing this case not sure how it managed to come up on my phone. This man was quilts and I hope he is retried and not have the chance to kill anyone else's daughter.
@ 39:42 he clearly says another "Quinton" when asked, he re-affirmed "Quinton" 2 seconds later he says "No, Quinn" could be important lead was missed, or simple mistake?
This agent is a terrible witness I’m surprised the Prosecutor is allowing him to Rabbit on & on the defense will be loving this guy. He’s offering too much information without being asked for it. If Tellis gets off I’ll blame him big time.
Probably he has to be ready to jump at anybody at the spur of the moment to restrain and contain any person in the court room. There have been cases where someone just shot someone in the courtroom.
A Proper Witness doesn't Say " I Don't know, I Wasn't there that Night??" I Can not make sense of this Detective??? His Report made--'A Brief Summary Fusion Summary--Its Not an Exhaustive Account"???I Don't Get this Slow talking Jones Detective??? I bet he had Eric set the fire. That is why Quentin continued telling the police that he did not do it. He just did not tell them that his cousin was with him and Jessie.
Eric was Quinton's wife's cousin. He was also a past boyfriend of Quinton's sister, she has Eric's name tattooed on her hand. I think Eric was there & Quinton had Eric set her on fire, but Quinton directed it.
annette blackburn He states very clearly that a definitive answer on that subject would have to be given by another person that studied her phone records and facebook.
I posted this because carmeldipped mentioned it: On this day, June 9, in 1980, comedian Richard Pryor set himself on fire while free-basing cocaine and drinking 151-proof rum. Pryor ran down his street in Northridge, Calif., until subdued by police. His daughter said her father was in a drug-induced psychosis and poured rum over his body and set himself on fire.Jun 8, 2011
because he probably knows it was a tragic accident, it was an explosion from trying to smoke something that exploded in her mouth which explains the burns in her mouth and throat.
What is up with that detective? he is soooo damn nervous he's nearly jumping out of his skin..Unless he has some kind of physical condition or mental deficiency/problem then he's gotta be lying and is poorly covering up, is on drugs/tweaking. Something is sooo off about that guy...very very odd behavior..and he is highly defensive to an extreme point..in fact, me makes ME nervous..he is suspect in his behavior..
It's crazy how people are coming for you in the comments knowing full well that if a suspect or civilian witness was up there talking like him they'd be considered not credible. I'm 100%with you, something seems wrong with him.
Stari Night I agree with daisymay2552 and partly with you. The detective is nervous because he does NOT want to make a mistake of any kind being brought to his attention from the defense that’s cross examining him. You can clearly tell he’s is nervous and that’s how a “perfectionist act”. He’s scared to death to have gotten anything incorrect. My opinion the MF is guilty and the defense is clearly grabbing for straws with ridiculous questions they’re asking. 🤦🏾♀️
Did this guy do ANYTHING??? .....most of his testimony is about other officers or firefighters .....wtf did he do?!? ....and btw, I find it odd that they’re not objecting to his testimony, because he will say something about what SOMEONE ELSE did....but then follow that by saying “I don’t know” or “I’m not an expert in that field” I can’t recall ..... .....this guy pulls out 3 folded up sheets of paper out of his jacket pocket and THATS what the jury is going on!? That’s his report?! 3 folded up sheets of paper?! ....unprofessional to say the least, this guy is all over the place
Question is the defense team court appointed? Court appointed don't work that hard to get you off. If it's not where did Tellis get the money from. All those peep should be feeling fine kind of way that he killed again.
This guy, Mr Jitters, makes me nervous. Why didn’t he check “Dericks,” brothers phones. Jess said that name, or Eric, to at least six different people. I don’t believe that a dying person, taking their last breaths, saying the same name over and over, when asked, is delusional or in shock to the degree that cops have the right to discount her own words. That’s wrong. I have heard a number of this guy’s spoken questionable decisions. Is he covering something or just incompetent? I could easily point out several other questionable statements. Way to much Bravo Sierra! And all that goofy cell tracking, hmm... But, I could be wrong about everything.
Are you referring to Tim Douglas, I think the MBI dude? If so, I agree, whole heartedly!..I read that Quintons girlfriend had a cousin “Eric.” Coincidence? I think not!..I heard nothing about an investigation into him..I’d love to hear more about him…✌🏼🇨🇦
Huh? Of course a person dying, in shock, burnt vocal cords, with their brain full of adrenaline and all kinds of endorphins, is going to say nonsense. You're acting like she was coherent. She wasn't. She didn't even know what happened or what was happening.
I have to admit that, after listening to this ol' boy being crossed, I have my doubts. He wasn't able to give a straight answer to anything. He was inconsistent about the criteria he used to narrow the suspects, or to take DNA swabs. He was stuttering -protesting before anyone gave him a reason to protest. He couldn't give a sound answer as to why he would discount ALL the first responders' statements that they heard Jessica say that "Eric" was responsible for setting her on fire. He said Tellis ALWAYS stretched his arms up before he lied, then he contradicted himself when he was confronted with evidence to the contrary. He didn't like being confronted about his inconsistencies. (He seemed to take offence to the fact that he was being questioned at all.) He seemed to be saying, "He's guilty because I say he's guilty"! Maybe Tellis is guilty. I understand he's accused of another murder that happened the year after this occurred. Fortunately, they have better evidence for that case. It sounds like they just settled on Tellis after he was arrested for the later murder because they felt like they had to arrest someone, and suddenly he looked like a much better suspect. I have many doubts. Very serious doubts.
I didn't get that impression at all. And he did give a straight answer about the firefighters. He said they were in shock and not professionally trained. They were so overwhelmed that he didn't put much stock into what name they claimed to have heard from a dying woman w burnt vocal cords. Which is completely reasonable.
Eh ih did it right. A girl already posted that's the sound u would make trying to say Tell is with a burnt tongue and melted lips. Try it without moving your tongue
Bagram Dave when she replied Eric the paramedics asked her did u say eric she replied yes so she wasn’t trying to say anything else or else she would of said no or shook her head when he asked her
One of the first witnesses, Keisha, said Jessica called Quinton Eric bc it was easier... Go back and watch her testimony. I don't know why these detectives or the prosecutor didn't focus on that.
this first detective on stand is at least honest in saying the local police didnt do enough on the night of incident. barely took pics, didnt do interviews, they were too in shock to pull their heads out their ass and do their jobs
This Detective is a flip artist. Every question turns into his opinion of what he believes not what happened exactly. He's explaining not answering. Directing his answers to the jury. Did he explain Dying Declaration? He talks as if no one can understand his position so he has to dummy down his answers. Something's not quite right with him. Not trusting when he speaks.
U cant even get eric out of quinton!! So if a person dying. Why not just say quinton?.. Even if she was gargling, and couldn't really speak u can NOT GET ERIC FROM QUINTON NOR TELLIS.. THIS IS EXACTLY HOW PEOPLE GET PUT AWAY FOR CRIMES THEY DIDN'T DO!! AND MAY GOD BLESS HER SOUL. BUT ITS ALOT OF B.S. IN THUS SITUATION
Her best friend said that Jessica called Quinton Eric bc she said it was easier... Go watch her testimony. Keisha. I don't know WHY the detectives or prosecutor didn't focus on that.
You know, not for nothin’, I honestly believe, that had she been, unable to speak @ all, 🤷🏼♀️ they might just have convicted this guy, a whole lot easier!…if they ever did 🤔 …I don’t know yet….🤷🏼♀️
Jesus Christ!! That detective acted like he was on speed! His hands shook more than my mom and she has a tremor! He made no sense! He was a waste of time!
Watching this Dt Douglas was very unsettling he is definitely lying about something and the way he’s talking about “let’s get the testimony in perspective” plus he looks so uncomfortable very defensive looking. It’s just unnerving watching him to think these types of people are out there supposedly protecting citizens and doing their job properly. Thank goodness I don’t live in the US the worst police force I can think of
Teresa Mcallister- some people aren't good at public speaking, he's so nervous that some people might take it as him lying or being on something. He also is trying really hard not to make any mistakes, which is very easy to do when you're that nervous. I'm the same way and just as bad or worse. I don't think I'd ever make it up to that stand without fainting, or going into a seizure. They would literally have to drug me lol!
I think he just had a cold. He keeps coughing and drinking water . Maybe he had a sore throat ....IDK , but he isn't a dummy . He's been doing his job a long time . He's trying not to make a mistake. The defense attorney is just hem hauling around asking the same questions over and over . Mr .Douglas has answered him over and over about the the same questions. The only time I did agree with the defense attorney was when he was trying to find out why Jessica wasn't near the car when they found her . Why was she coming from a different area ? I would have thought there would have been more than one crime scene also , but what I think Mr. Douglas was trying to say was that where she was coming from was apart of the crime scene as well . That the whole area was the crime scene and he even said , everything was searched. The DA should asked him why wasn't Jessica at her car when they first found her ? Now that I know there was a house near by ...maybe she was going for help ? Not sure...? No matter what though, this us such a sad thing to happen to this young lady. I wouldn't wish this on nobody .

They prove it’s very possible to cross examine without being condescending or using an attacking tone. I knew nothing about this case prior to stating it 2 days ago. The defense is definitely instilling doubt in my mind.
Wow you go Mr. Officer spit da truth.
This witness is very knowledgable
When will JUSTICE BE TOLD ???
Does the defense lawyer know any other word, besides certainly?!!!!!
Cant take it can you?
Oh my gosh! I cannot stand this witness. He is so rude and arrogant!
Great job Mr. Douglas!!
She fought hard to live. A strong young lady talking with a burned tongue, lips, etc.....
Lindalia Morander Exactly!! I agree.
I just gotta LOVE him. He has the light of God inside of him. Period. Very respectful man. Even of the suspect. Not once did he talk with abuse, lie, or even slightly mistreat the suspect. Just a REAL investigator, with a mission to get at the truth.
Lindalia Morander I see the same thing in him. He’s honest passionate and intelligent! I respect and admire that in him
@@lindaliamorander331 , I agree !!
Certainly... It's what the defense attorney says over and over.
Really?!! Oh my Gosh, I’ll have to look that one up too. I just can’t believe how he got away with this!
Omg, that’s terrible. Failure of the system.
2:14:53......the fact of the matter DA Williams is that we remember the TRUTH NOT LIES
We believe in a banana wedge stuck somewhere where the sun does not shine.
It seems to me the defense is making more of a case for the prosecution..
He has more stories than mother goose
I've seen a few judges here but the one on this case doesn't give flying f*ck what going on around him.
They mentioned drugs (weed and pills)
I also think he had help with murdering her.
You sure aren't gonna get one over on this officer.
I don't think this guy on the stand FBI, knows anything. He didn't do a lot of procedures that should have been done. He's too busy excusing himself. He's into the glory of his job not the facts that was somebody else's job.
Not FBI, he’s MBI!
Mississippi Bureau Investigations
This is who we pay to be a Federal Investigator, no wonder so many children are still missing, hard to believe he could sit still long enough to drive anywhere or interview anyone, to busy talking to listen and take notes, he should be an auctioneer, not an investigator.
I don't think he is as bad as some comments are saying but he definitely wasn't prepared well for court.
I love Douglas!! Agreed.
Apparently no one in the courtroom paid attention to that part of Keisha's testimony. Including the prosecutor or any of the detectives. 🥴
I believe she was killed because she knew something and they wanted to shut her up. Remember she dealt drugs. You don't fool around with people like that.
The one on the stand is acting as if he downed a bottle of adderall.
He's one of the main detectives on the case so this is what he would have been working for this entire time. He has to get his point across as best he can to the jury this one time so the person he believes is responsible is held for it.
I was thinking exactly the same thing having been on adderall in the past.
@@k_3911 he is ONLY supposed to answer the questions not prattle on and on.
I agree, he seems to be way to assertive and loud, very hyper active over amped.
Great witness
Try saying “Tellis” without moving your tongue ( Jessica was not able to move her tongue) … sounds a lot like Eric or Derrick!!!!!
Imo she could've been saying anything but I think Tellis is most likely IF she was trying to say a name.
What judge let’s a witness ramble on the way Mr Douglas did . What happened to yes and no questions.
It's painful listening and watching this detective. He's literally jumping out of his skin. Poor guy. 😒
He is a smart man and did a super job! Cant figuree out how no ones sees the truth ..This man was set free to murder again..go figure
Still, what about the first responder that said a man came up 2 him & just stared at him & was asked 2 leave? Who was that man?
That is because he was not guilty. Quentin's cousin Eric did it.
That was exactly what I thought right from the beginning but never heard anything else said about him.
Nope.
they need to oil the damn chairs
Lmao
😂👊
He arrived AFTER the car was removed. Agent Douglas.
It’s not like CSI in real life😏
I don't think Tellis is innocent, but I could also see the possibility that he wasn't the only person involved.
He’s not FBI, He’s MBI.
Mississippi Bureau Investigations.
State Agency.
This “Aww Shucks, fake Good Ole’ Boy” Testimony is lacking.
Most murders are committed by someone known to the victim.
Tell that attorney 2 stop flicking that bic it’s annoying
Someone plzzz take that pen outta his hand!!
This guy is way too nervous. Doesn’t complete sentences"
Eric WHO???
She made a sound that sounded like Eric.
If they actually investigated this Eric, I haven't seen it yet but haven't watched all the trial. He wasn't one of the Erics they were talking about ruling out when they were sorting through the cell info. This Eric's name doesn't seem to have come up yet.
Happens all the time
What a horrible witness. Total fail.
She could have been trying to say "Tellis". If your face is very burnt, it would be difficult to articulate.
Yes what happened to answering yes or no to specific questions? I've never seen a trial like this...so loose and casual.
Quinton's cousin was named ERIC!
This agent is a terrible witness I’m surprised the Prosecutor is allowing him to Rabbit on & on the defense will be loving this guy. He’s offering too much information without being asked for it. If Tellis gets off I’ll blame him big time.
Dumb questions
omg if mr douglas drinks another drop sip bottleof water he need the toilet soon so will have a court recess cause i need one too
👊😂
Feel so sorry for the court security Guy.
Why don't they let him sit down.
He interviewed Quinton& even said Quinton lied??Then Was Quinton Arrested??? Who was Arrested???...What About the guy who had her keys& also the guy who was the Last one in her car?? Don't know if Was Same guy??? Also Big Mike Needs Questioning too!!!!! R.I.P Sweet Jessica🙏🙏🙏✝️🕊🦋⚘
Where in the case did it state the oil was poured in her mouth and bra? I just read that but have been watching and never heard that part
Only gasoline was found on her..no oil.
Not looking where Jessica had walked from was a huge mistake. The
Weres big mike testimony
Mr Douglas is as crooked as they get.
Quinton's cousin was named Eric!!!
So what lol. We have no clue what she was even trying to say. She was dying and her vocal cords weren't badly burnt.
wow, not only one Eric but two in her phone when he claimed no Eric on her phone. Wow just wow.
annette blackburn He states very clearly that a definitive answer on that subject would have to be given by another person that studied her phone records and facebook.
This was a botched case from the beginning
I posted this because carmeldipped mentioned it: On this day, June 9, in 1980, comedian Richard Pryor set himself on fire while free-basing cocaine and drinking 151-proof rum. Pryor ran down his street in Northridge, Calif., until subdued by police. His daughter said her father was in a drug-induced psychosis and poured rum over his body and set himself on fire.Jun 8, 2011
I remember when that happened. So much talent wasted because of crack. The only good thing that came it was Pryor's sobriety.❤
He was talented but I just hope he repented too
This detective aggy af!! He just talks and talks and talks!! Yet, Says very little! Ugh!!
because he probably knows it was a tragic accident, it was an explosion from trying to smoke something that exploded in her mouth which explains the burns in her mouth and throat.
but why so nervous? suspicious
You're an idiot. Does everyone in America have to act like you do?
Cocaine problem perhaps
Nope , he so much wants to do and say the right thing. Nobody wants to make a mistake to implicate either side. Good man.
It sticks out he already said--that he was searching far and wide, therefore he remembered out of state to interview folks
Mr Douglas = this was not good. Watch the video over and over and over.
Question is the defense team court appointed? Court appointed don't work that hard to get you off. If it's not where did Tellis get the money from. All those peep should be feeling fine kind of way that he killed again.
No. His uncle hired these attorneys is what I heard.
This guy, Mr Jitters, makes me nervous. Why didn’t he check “Dericks,” brothers phones. Jess said that name, or Eric,
to at least six different people.
She wasn't. She didn't even know what happened or what was happening.
see I had not seen this video before I made any response.
This cop is high AF! Sweep the entire department. Madness!
As the testimony continued I cared less and less
Which is completely reasonable.
why is this investigator so nervous....???? facing this excellent calm d efense attorney ....
adrenalin
Eh ih did it right. A girl already posted that's the sound u would make trying to say Tell is with a burnt tongue and melted lips. Try it without moving your tongue
Bagram Dave when she replied Eric the paramedics asked her did u say eric she replied yes so she wasn’t trying to say anything else or else she would of said no or shook her head when he asked her
One of the first witnesses, Keisha, said Jessica called Quinton Eric bc it was easier... Go back and watch her testimony. I don't know why these detectives or the prosecutor didn't focus on that.
Did his cousin Eric, drove her to where she was burnt, set the car on fire? Then he was the one who came back to be with Quentin.
@@phoenix9999 yeah; she made noises and people guessed at what she was saying, and convinced each other they heard the same thing.
Wasn’t that “Eric,” Quinn’s girlfriends cousin?…🤷🏼♀️…✌🏼🇨🇦
this police officer is super defensive and trying to dominate the conversation....that cop is gonna have a heart attack one day...
this first detective on stand is at least honest in saying the local police didnt do enough on the night of incident. barely took pics, didnt do interviews, they were too in shock to pull their heads out their ass and do their jobs
What an awful comment!
What does he do in his job? He seems not to know anything.
Wow! Blame it on the dude that is tryng to get a lady set on fire justice. He is doing his job, absolutely no reason to lie. Why lie? That's retarded!
…Sorry, but @ 231:07, WTF is that sound? 🙉 📣..Should we be running for cover,mor what? 🤷🏼♀️..l.✌🏼🇨🇦
Exactly. They need to find ERIC!! Whoever he is.
@@glyndamcdonald5608 Try Eric Gomez, Eric "gonad" Gomez....
Her best friend said that Jessica called Quinton Eric bc she said it was easier...
Go watch her testimony. Keisha.
I don't know WHY the detectives or prosecutor didn't focus on that.
Wish they could hold the camera still. The guy on the stand seems to be a total wreck
That’s because you knows the guys guilty and he wants to be sure he pays the price for what he did.
You know, not for nothin’, I honestly believe, that had she been, unable to speak @ all, 🤷🏼♀️ they might just have convicted this guy, a whole lot easier!…if they ever did 🤔 …I don’t know yet….🤷🏼♀️
He was never convicted in this case but now in prison for a torture and murder of another girl in the state of Louisiana.
Jesus Christ!! That detective acted like he was on speed! His hands shook more than my mom and she has a tremor! He made no sense! He was a waste of time!
Yes Jesus Christ is “OUR” savior, please use His name with respect.🙌
Detective...Covering or knows more than he’s saying.almost seems scared and wants to give other deflecting stories... hhhmmm?
...The Defendant is 'suggestible' and the Detective is as nervous as hell! Just saying.
Lol ok sure
Tellis is innocent
No, he is guilty..no doubt about it. He has now murdered/tortured another girl.
@@lisakn27 That does not necessarily make him guilty of Murder in THIS case.
No respect intended, but these people are ignorant.
These people are a joke
Someone took a dump in the jury box.
He is angry about this case and that monster sitting there, just looking bored. Why would he have a reason to lie? 🤷🏻♀️
What in the world are you talking about lmao.
