3:33 with the new enhanced rescue stations coming in will that still be able to happen? Pump and TRU response together if needed or if the TRU is called out with the pump still be available or visa-versa?

yes it will still be possible. The way it works is that all appliances will still be primary crewed, the new change is that everyone on station must be TRU trained.
