ALCO is my favourite & the sound was captured is so clear that I could even feel the vibration that someone feel standing on a platform when a goods train passes by.
Going by the locomotive number which seems to be XX327 (not clearly visible due to bad video quality), there is only one WDM-3A in the loco database that matches it: Gondia WDM-3A 16327 which was scrapped in 2021 suggesting this is a few years old capture.
