It's the 25th anniversay of the Green Rhino. The first version was released in 1994, that didn't have the features of Mk5, but still. It's based on a tubescreamer, but as you can hear clearly, it is much more versatile and has more gain. I'd say it's actually quite removed from the TS9 and it's own thing.
I have and love several Way Huge pedals. My only complaint would be the mini knobs... they are quality, but with big hands it’s a bit of pain. Of course, I have the same complaint with all mini knobs... not just there’s.
For me this pedal is “ok” by its self as an over drive but where it clearly comes into its own is through and oreads driven amp as a lead pedal for solo work. Also love that 100hz knob as really fattens it up. Cool 💁🏻♂️🎛

Versatile drive… but the penny saver royale by Way Huge has a heavily modified Green Rhino!… would love to hear your thoughts on the Penny Saver Royale unless you have already done a video about this?… l think the other half of the PSR pedal is the Blue hippo chorus?.. thanks chaps interesting video!🙂

I also don’t like how the ones on the swollen pickle are internal.

Yeah the 100Hz knob is great...and I thought so too...really works well to boost an overdriven amp...kinda like a tubescreamer

No we haven’t yet...I’ll talk to the guys at Way Huge Australia...we might be able to get one for a video

What I do find confusing about Sire guitars: why is the S7 not a sevenstring? It's sixstring, so it should be the S6. Oh well.
I guess becase of the same reason the ES- 335 doesnt have the fattest neck ln the world.
