@@oscarsantos2608 then I would essentially have two of the same pedals. I don’t need all that lol that would be like buying a brand new iPhone and using my old iPhone at the same time
Nice guys and cool playing . Getting back into bass, I don't think I need this . I have ME8B and zoom B3. I play through Roland bass cube rx . The ME8-B was pricey and complicated back in 1996 😊
@@basscover1233 prob but for bass there were at least 5 multi fx. The me8b, the gt6b, gt10b, the me50b and the gt1b. They all suck with synth tracking. And this one isn't better. Just read the parameter guide. You have to adjust your playing, pfff. Als the pitchshifting only one note at the time, no poly. No problem with the Hx One with that. Damn you Boss!
Its Boss bro, it may have a cheap retail but its definitely not cheaply made. I have the ME-90 for guitar and its solid as a rock! Wouldn't exactly get the bass version because I only really care for chorus and maybe minimal effects for bass playing but if you're solely a bassist and use these features, then this is for you!
He didn't really isolate the amp modeling for us, but stripped down you can start there. Amp models such as one based on SWR etc. but they can't use that name. So you start there, and then add some compression, if you want. Add a little delay or reverb. Bass in general doesn't sound great as when emulating a distorted guitar IMO, but there are many other sounds on here. Flanger, octaver, chorus. The pedal is a bit complex but the video demo guy was just showing us a few things his buddy thought were cool I think.
Thanks to the team at Better Music!
Anyone wanna mention that he nailed the chillis and tool tone perfectly
This guy’s a really good player. Feel of those lines is bang on.
I'm sold 😍
The distortion sound really good just as the stompbox.
Mullet forgiven due to great playing
2:45 “Tolken your black you can play bass”
Ordered one today.
Really nice playing man 🤘
Watched this video and I’m now literally selling my ME 50B this weekend.
Don't sell it! Get the me90b and hook them both together.
@@oscarsantos2608 why lol I’m not lugging all that gear around plus they both do the same thing, the 90 just does way more. No reason to have both
@@Ruffdrummr you can combine more effects in the signal chain that is not possible with only 1 of them.

Any classic overdrive Lemmy-style???
With a Rick I'm sure you could sound like Lemmy with this thing.
How is the tracking of the synths when playing fast riffs??
Ok. I LOVE my Zoom B6. But this thing? OMG! What the hell? Those distortions! Then again; it’s from BOSS! What you’d expect?🤨🎶🎸🔥👍🏾
Do the filters have low end or do they seem thin
Mmm not bad but still think I’ll go the zoom b6
Never heard any songs with those sounds can't use then in a band ,I would get fired 😅
Dynomite!
whats the song in 2:05
Around the world by Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Are there any good bass tones in that unit? I heard a lot of noise!
No the oldest was gt1b around 2015.
I think what he mean is ME series

unfortunately, the pedal looks very cheap, just like the pod go.
The hardware doesn't feel cheap in hand; very solid. It isn't that intuitive though. I'm still working on it.

"ME" products were always GARBAGE. This unit sounds like plastic. Cheap Chinese CRAP!
Save your money and buy good gear for your bass.
Let’s take a bass and make it sound like trash. Horrible. Tinny thin sounds and crap musicality
Yeah I‘ll need to hear some more clean sounds from it, because that compressor was ROUGH in my opinion.
vbitz4800 are you crying?
