Mistakes happen! I know one time I got the Switch version of a game when I ordered the PS5 one. Sent them an email with pics and all. They had no issues correcting it and was super fast with replying! I just sent the Switch game back and they sent out the correct one after.
They did cover the shipping back as well.
Update: Seen the other video where they fixed the issue and you got your games!
I'm local to Double Jump Video Games and am pretty sure it was an honest mistake. They processed so many orders for the sale and forgot to grab the cartridges. Yes, they have the DS cases on the shelf and cartridges behind the counter. They have good customer service and should take care of you.

@@SLICK8116Not an excuse. They are located at an area where theft is common. It’s easy to still the SD cards so they keep them behind the counter.
Double jump videos it's probably just a mistake or were just cases just a miss ad on their part as complete.

Pretty sure this was just a simple mistake, that can be easily corrected if you contacted them about it. They aren't DKOldies or game exchange lmao, double jump takes actual care of their customers. This video feels like simple clout chasing.
