Making a Leather Bridal Bouquet Wrap

In this project video, we are making a Leather Bridal Bouquet Wrap with floral carving.

Cool idea. I've presided over two nieces weddings and one nephews. I would have made one of those for each with their families initials interlocked on each.

Great project idea!! About the lace... If you don't have one of those nice machines to skive the lace on both edges, how do you do it without it? Do you just use a hand skiver down both sides of the back of the lace? And, the reason for doing this is so that the edges of the lace aren't so prominent when it's finished?
