That is strange. As professional commentators, they really missed what was glaringly obvious to many observers - a boxer not throwing any right hands for most of the fight.
I noticed after the first round in the vid his right was gone.I'm surprised the commentary didn't pick that up as it was obvious. Ball's team didn't notice until the end of four, you hear them mention it in the corner. Think it was a good performance based on the injury.
@reviewing1 No problem. You a fan of Eubank jr?Was a big fan of his father, hopefully Junior will get to world class.Found it weird that he hardly used the right hand in this fight. Hard to tell at this point how good he can really be.
He didn't commit with his right hand because he hurt it in training a few days earlier. After the fight he said "'In training a few days ago I jarred my right and knew I wasn't going to be able to use it tonight. But I'm not going to pull out of fights with injuries.'. If you're a boxer who doesn't use one of your hands because you're afraid of getting hit, you won't last very long.
This is good viewing, I reckon EuJun could fight his first 7 pro fights the way he's fighting in this 1, if he was using his right hand this 1 would hav been over by round 3. I see sum slick Mayweather jnr like movement, the commentating is out of sync with the truth. Throwing 2,3 or 4 punch combo nations is the future of Boxing, stick & move, when your opponent is dazed then finish up with a 7 or 8 punch blitz.
Yes it's a fact,it was confirmed before or/and after the fight at the time. Don't know what injury it was but it wasn't that severe, just that he couldn't use it at all in the fight.
@reviewing1 Yeah for sure. Look at 12:05,that is a basic fundamental mistake when he backs up in a straight line with his hands down. With a better opponent he would have been knocked down there.
i know alot of people like nassem (whom im a fan of) but personally i dont think he has the reaction yet like nassem and others to be doing that now only time will tell though.
Needs to use his right hand, a better fighter would have exposed him. Has potential but is still a long long long way off. Basis fundamentals need work.
this guy fought with one hand, star in the making
thanks for uploading this
Very promising prospect without any doubts, he fought Ball being absolutely one-armed. Eubank jnr defenitly has skills & balls
What was wrong with Eubank's right hand?
His shoulder went
That is strange. As professional commentators, they really missed what was glaringly obvious to many observers - a boxer not throwing any right hands for most of the fight.
Stupid commentators let me mute the fight. Obviously he wasnt throwing the right. One hand and still fighting. Kudos lad
"He who uses his left rules the world"

Why do people say He aint got Jab? He only used the left arm, impressive
Eubank Jr.'s movement looks very much like Ali.
@catasyou i think he has a lot of pontenial to be world class i think he should be keeping his hands up when he go's under punches.

@B6b3yRomncy maybe he hurt his hand?
So thats a fact? What was the injury?
Not bad he proved he could fight with one hand. I wanna see how he does with both hands and against someone more skilled.
My dad told me about how he is cousins with Jason, at first I didn't believe him but I've met Jason, nice bloke but hard as nails
His opponent must have picked up on the fact that Chris had an injury and STILL couldnt beat a one armed fighter.
No right hand or not has no feet movement when punching or when trying to make the opponent miss

does CB Jnr throw a rear hand in this whole fight, or did I miss something?
Well done Jason 👍
@catasyou he had a badly injured right hand
when the ref scores it, he raises the guy who he scores the winners hand at the final bell, then during the official announcement
Lovely jab.
@catasyou Yes his right had was badly damaged in training so i really good fight from eubank and a brave lad for not backing out the fight
Here after hearing what he said to JJ mcdonagh
@catasyou i think that will come with expirence
they thought it was a tactic
@reviewing1 Yeah for sure.

I've seen it done before.
I guess it happens only when it's a clear cut winner.
To signal the winner obviously.
The ref was the only one to score the fight.
@reviewing1 hes hands down its just hes style naseem always let them drop and a lot of others :)
It's standard practice as the ref scores the fight.
good spot
it only happens when its a fight only scored by the ref and also when the winner staands clearly out
you guys realise he couldn't use his right hand as it was injured
Shit boxing that from Chris and I'm a big fan he needs to change
ref calls the fight in the old days that how it was for all fights and still in lower lev fights
?
Professional boxers punching as hard as little girls, should have given ball some of them microfibre polishing mits instead of boxing gloves.
hi
i know alot of people like nassem (whom im a fan of) but personally i dont think he has the reaction yet like nassem and others to be doing that now only time will tell though.
Haha Eubank should of got him in round.2
Yea I agree Mega Dog that was pretty dumb on their part..
Jason Ball is a mma fighter lol.
You idiots keep it about boxing not about you're moms.
Damn fools.
Don't hype Name's if they have no punch!!!
Needs to use his right hand, a better fighter would have exposed him. Has potential but is still a long long long way off. Basis fundamentals need work.
he didn't throw it on purpose
had no shoulder
injury
Obviously it was hurt.
Eu Bank
daddies boy boxer..... silver spooned boxer...... if he came across a proper pro boxer he would of been k.o'ed......
