She truly loves Eve but I doubt they will ever be together.
It's becoming more and more possible though. These two women are opposite in the way they chose to live their lifes. In order for their relationship to work one had to change sides. Eve tries to make Villanelle change by giving her a job that has nothing to do with killing, it doesnt work since soon Villanelle pushes a woman under a truck infront of Eve. A way of telling her to not forget who she is. And Villanelle tried to make Eve change sides too by manipulating her into her first kill. This didnt work out aswell and backfired ending in tragedy for both of them. It all seemed over, neither of them wanted to change for the other. But now Villanelle does. And not for Eve but for her mother. I think its great development. They are getting closer to reach a middle point where they can both meet and be together.
Part of me wish so hard that the ending will kind of follow the books..so these two will get together and be a couple
I really love their dynamic and their chemistry but from the first season I can't get why villanelle is so into Eve... I mean I understand why Eve is obsessed with her, primarily because of Villanelle's work and her overall character and secondly, of course looks matter. V is a beautiful lady. But really, why is V so obsessed from the beginning with Eve?

I don't want them to ever get together, in an official sense.They are engaging three dimensional individuals, until they become a couple. And then the writers just don't bother continuing to round out their characters, regardless of all the material they have to work with. It's frustrating and disappointing
no, no, no. that idea gives just supports the writers that cop out, drag out or fuck up relationships because they claim couples are boring, when really it's just they aren't good enough writers. Demand better writing from them, don't give them an out.

Tbh I don’t want them to be official and live together and get married and everything, it’s more fun that they are friends who share intense moments and hook up once in a while, knowing that they both love each other because I feel like if they made it official it would ruin theres whole relationship
It seems that obsession and being in love with each other is the same thing for most people, as I can see in the comments. The show clearly talks mostly about the obsession they have for each other and the development they have together, ofc. Yes, they start to develop feelings for each other in season 3, but in the first 2 seasons it's just obession. But who am I to judge people's opinions, right? Ofc, people can see what they want, there's no problem in that for me, but it's just my opinion.

In the books the show is based on Villanelle says she has a thing for older nerdy, frumpy women. I myself have that same preference and people have commented on it to me esp when I was 20, 21 and considered normatively beautiful. It happens. It’s also the fact that Eve “gets” Vilanelle. Vilanelle feels she has finally found someone who understands her. She doesn’t care what she looks like. Sandra Oh also is not ugly and finally-how many times have we seen young, beautiful women with old ugly dudes and no one cares?
