Great video. The only thing I can suggest is to clean the sensor with a dedicated MAF sensor cleaner and clean the throttle body with a dedicated throttle body cleaner as well.

Thank you very much! Your video is only one I could find on UA-cam showing exactly how to remove the cover assembly completely. I was in the middle of changing the filter on my Toyota Camry V6 and I wasn't able get the new filter to go in completely because of the two 'hinges' in the back. Now I know how to do it! It's also nice to know I have a Lexus engine in my Toyota. Thank you again!

Yeah, those little tab can cause you a lot of anxiety sometime...I've both Lexus ES350 and Toyota Highlander....same exact principle...you've to remove the top filter box or you wont be able to snap those little tabs back in...

I have removed all the covers for good, which makes it easier to work on.

Good video, thanks. I'm buying one of these cars. I must say that it's much easier to replace the air filter on my Mazda. No engine covers, for one thing. Also, no need to unscrew anything or unplug anything.

Engine covers keep engine clean. Also, engine covers designed to scare people from doing anything on their vehicles.

You can do it, man. We all start somewhere fixing cars. Just watch the video several times. Honestly, changing out an air filter is like changing out a light bulb. I recently learned to change my brake pads and rotors from UA-cam.
