Love them all but the Room For A Thief is my favourite. Unfussy, just the right size and exactly what I could imagine myself hiding out in during my TES nightblade dreams.
I was thinking the same thing. Lots of house mods get too caught up in being grandiose, but I just want a small cozy place with ample storage that feels lived in.

Speaking of Tamriel Rebuilt the latest update for some reason didn't work for me. The rest of the mod works and has worked in the past but the new areas like Andothren didn't load and still act as if they aren't completed yet for some reason. I'm not sure if anyone else has that problem but just wondering if anyone sees this if they did and possible says to fix it.

I've been having so much fun questing around Andothren, the POI density in Dominions seems much higher than previous updates

How can you run through the Old Ebonheart streets with no lags?
That's a bit of an illusion, the actual FPS there is 14, but post-processing the video footage brings it up to 30 FPS.
We're all so used to morrowind that 14 fps feels like 30😉
