So the Sans from the song "Human" is one who got to the surface with the rest of the monsters, but kept having reoccurring dreams of being a human, but every time he woke up he remembered how it felt to be a human and felt empty since he was a skeleton. So one day, after being haunted by these dreams he snapped and thought someone had stolen his organs. So...well, let's just say he found a way to not feel so empty again, as you saw in the song.
Bit late to this but Horrortale San's origin is from a timeline after a Neutral run where Frisk kills Asgore where: -The Core breaks down and without power or magic in the air the monsters can barely make food -Mass starvation from both food and magic has the monsters going crazy or dying from hunger -Alphys and Undyne decide to take San's power (his eye) after all their attempts to restart the Core don't work -Sans getting injured pretty badly in their attempt to take his eye but managing to lobotomize Alphys and hold back Undyne -The Underground was still without power, so Sans convinces all the monsters that any human that falls into the underground are now food. There's a bit more to it than that, like Sans legitimately trying to help restart the Core again or how desperate the situation got without power or magic sustaining the monsters that Alphys and Undyne resorted to that kind of solution but the webcomic is legit a read despite its...theme.
25:39 It's not Chara's theme, actually it's not related to Undertale at all, it's an Erthbound fan track Toby made, I believe it was in the same sound font as Undertale's Megalovania and was called Megalo Strikes back, so it's likely a spiritual sequel to the original Megalovania in the Halloween Hack. Determination and Chara's high LOVE corrupted him, causing the target-shaped soul and the liquid coming from his eyes. There are multiple endings, but the most popular is that Sans kills Chara, giving him full control, unfortunately he didn't got his sanity back.

If you want a good mod to play, you should check out glitched legends 2.0. It is a longer mod, with walkthroughs of the full mod clocking out at around 3hrs, but it’s worth it. It’s a pibby mod that adds tons of new characters. A few of them being from video games. 2 other mods you could try are the .exe mods hell reborn and spirits of hell part 1. Both are good, but one even includes characters like sally, Amy, and cream.exe. Also, both are around an hour.
If you would like a good mod to play that is around 45 minutes long you should play friday night funkin B2 (be too) it's a B3 remixed spinoff and an insanly fun mod to play with 3 main weeks and 1 secret song. The songs are straight up bangers and the visuals are awesome.

I'm a little late to comment, but at least I'm here. Here are my opinions: Midnight hunger would say that it's the most elaborate of the three, with very good art and that it genuinely makes you feel uncomfortable like Sans's finger-tapping on the table in Interrogation. Maybe Friday night Killin' ain't so impressive, but the music is incredible and I would say it is my favorite of the three. Finally, the truth is that I didn't know the vs horror sans mod. but from what I see, it's fine, but it doesn't catch my attention much either. Very good video, I hope you can play vloo guy one day, that would be great
