    I kinda wish i would have started with a longer length i started with 12 inch but i should have went with my first kind and got them longer
    🥲 ppl was saying not to start longer because it would stress the hair but mine feel so light even lighter than braids 😍 yours are beautiful can’t wait for mine to grow out more

    Hi Ms. Nichole, your videos are awesome and so informative. I really appreciate your "straight talk". I am seriously considering loc extensions, but I don't have the patience to do it myself. I would welcome suggestions on how to navigate consultations with a professional person like yourself? A good connection and trust is everything with your stylist. My hair is natural and have been growing it out. It's now 2 and a half inches long. Your videos definitely provided a sense of comfort to forward. Thank you.

    Would you suggest this technique on mature loc’s too? Some of my ends are thick thick and Im wondering how to achieve a good blended loc
    Also The loose hair you added and braided was just to add texture before installing?

    • @AlexisNichole101
      @AlexisNichole101  4 роки тому +1

      Hey love !!!! This technique is more for beginning the process and those with very short hair. But you definitely can mix us the technique to extend onto natural locs !!!!! Often times combing out the bottle of a loc can help with a smooth blend !! The loose hair are great for building up the shape and giving a stronger structure and definitely helps with longer wear.

    Hi !
    I have a question for you please, I recently created my own locs extensions that I attached to my own locs, it's great, but I don't know if I did it wrong, I feel like my extensions are really frizzy, plus they feel dry, like what I was doing to my natural locs isn't working with thé extensions. Oh and I used maconstyle hair as well.
    Anny tips ? Maybe palmrolling helps for frizzy hair ? I don't know my real locs are shoulders length and I was semi-freeform so I didn't care at all about the frizz, actually I loved it, but now that my locs are longer I fond the frizz very weird.
    Thanks for you help if you can

      Hey Love !!! I would love to help !! How long has your extension be in for ?

      @@AlexisNichole101 ooooh that's so sweet of you for answering !
      I installed my locs extensions on august 2nd😅
      I know I may be impatient, but waiting for an answer i already changed my hair routine, before I was using an homemade conditioner with shea butter and honey, but I found it left my extensions feeling more stiff so I switched no consitioner, water, oil and rosemary water. I feel my extensions are more flexible and soft now, but I just can't stand the little pieces of hair comming out of the extensions, if you know what I mean.
      I just need to know if you feel with months wearing extensions they tighten a little bit or will they stay that way.
      Thank you so much for your video, thank you Sis !
