WOW grandpa's lawyer FAILED at his job, what the lawyer could have done was say ok I'll go to my office and get all of the paper work done then I'll get in contact with you about everything, but in reality he was looking into weather or not she really was in the psych ward.

Too bad grandpa wasn’t lucid enough to give Ainsley a copy of the will. He could’ve saved his granddaughter quite a bit of hassle. All significant beneficiaries should receive a copy of the will after it’s been completed, so they have it on file for when the time comes that the person passes away.

Families are terrible when it comes to money and the way they schemed to steal their daughter inheritance from her that her grandfather left, jail time for them

And what happened to the mother? Did she spent some quality time behind bars? That the money was returned to the rightful owner, is a given.

all of us readers went the whole way with the story, just to be deprived of a proper ending! We want to hear the rest of the story, how much time did they get, who all got time? How much inheritance, what else in the inheritance, how did she get all he left her if they sold it off. You owed us that! 😡

It would be more interesting if the Protagonist 's husband was a Special Agent for the FBI. .

The correct word is squander… as in squander (waste) away the money. Squalor means poverty.

Well that's how easy it is to steal an inheritance. Do you need a signature or proof of anything. No you don't. Just tell the executor of the will that you have passed away. Well they check to see if your dad of course not they'll take your word for it. Or just say you're in a psych ward do they need proof of course not.

I wonder who all from the family went to jail and for how long?

Stealing someone's inheritance is not as easy this story describes and explains. Moreover the protagonist has a restraining order on the whole family and also not to mention the family lawyer was a very good friend of grandfather. There is no way in hell, you can pull off a scam like this right under law's nose.

Burying an ex-wife on a golf course for a tax break sounds like the plot of one of these stories.

@@jillbranson7487 So how many have you committed in your life, and what kind of scams. Yeah, this is America, you are most welcome to commit any kind of crime you want to. But the law's eyes and hands are constantly at work. Watch a bit of Unsolved Crimes solved after 200 years. Guess you didn't know that Science and Technology are far too advanced for a common man to understand, let alone a criminal. Good luck with your future endeavors of crime.
