personal details of cops who are found to have violated rights shuold be made public,especially information about their spouses and their kids.that way it brings a layer of scrutiny that would enable normal people to ensure extrajudicial justice takes place alongside w.e the courts decide since these cops wont be paying damages out of their own pockets anyways.i think its a fair exchange.

You probably won't read this but I need serious help to make my own claim can u recommend any companies I can contact to make my own claim I waited for 2 years for a trial of assaulting 2 emergency workers and was just found not guilty at trial as the 2 officers involved at Cambridge parkside police station did NOT turn up to trial as the only witnesses
As I understand the law, a NFA letter is totally different to all charged dropped, or am I wrong? No Further Action means nothing to be done at the moment, but doesn't stop action being taken at a later date. So, you could be charged again. All Charges Dropped as I understand mean just that, and nothing can happen in the future. So, which on did you get NFA or All Charges Dropped? I suspect if it was NFA the Police will probably challenge your attempt at a claim.

You could try HNK solicitors as they do deal with Police issues, otherwise I expect they would be willing to point you in the right direction?
