this video poped up synchronistically, been working on these for the last few weeks and had really emotionally painful episode today. oh man emotional pain is so so so painful. its like a deep cut, doesn't matter whether it is good or bad, it feels not good. it is just so sad that so many people suffer. and honestly blaming sth or someone is sometimes helpful when the feeling is overwhelming. And it is hard to not intellectualise it and sometimes just feeling the blame is the way before realizing it and letting go. it feels wrong but same time as a part of the healing if you know what I mean? because logically we might understand that blaming is neurotic and it doesn't lead anywhere but realizing it with the head doesn't always help to realize it with a heart. I understand that we are one but I still feel separated. the game of hide and seek keeps going until I let go of the play? Thank you very much for your effort and another relatable talk.

Would you be able to accept any experience of simillar intensity today with your present insights and wisdom? Would this pillar of metaawareness stand still through alike hardships and chaos?
Guilt is useful and you shouldnt try to remove it just because it hurts. Guilt encourages you to learn from a situation, and believe me it won’t go away until you do. As for shame, think about what you’re shameful about. Then, acknowledge the situation you face with words. Shame happens when you try your hardest to ignore something you’re embarrassed or displeased with. The shame is a mechanism to get you to acknowledge the truth and allow it to be seen, not hidden.
Sounds nice but I’m unsure I just recently stopped fighting against my depression because it’s been my whole life It’s strange and kind of nice not having all the dialogue BUT the intense low feeling has remained now for 3 days and it just is Not sure if it will dissipate or not Any thoughts on that ?
Any time there is feeling of depression I always suggest doing as many things as one can think of that will change their daily environment and routine. Don’t worry so much about spiritual concepts and things. Just start a new class, get on a dating app, make new friends, whatever it may be, often times depression is because we are resisting making big changes. Then, apply all these teachings in cooperation with that. Keep me updated man 🙏
